Wow! Everything was fresh and hot!! When does this happen at most McDonalds?! We had a blast! Thank you!

I gave 2 stars for service as the ice cream machines are always down or broken when in fact it needed to be cleaned and the employees are not trained to do it or just don’t want to. The reason I know is because I personally know people who work there. On the flip side the fries and ice cream are the best in town and the cokes…. Addicting lol! Oh and the iced caramel coffee is up there with Starbucks but less expensive!

The cashier was really nice and patient especially for a late night.

Look, for fast food you should never have high expectations. Employees are under high stress and underpaid. That being said the employees here are so nice especially given what they can be put through. I hope they know they made my day that much better just by the smile on their faces and the positive attitude.

We was completely ignored when we pulled up to the first drive thru. We wait at least 5 minutes and even watched as customers that should have been after us gave their orders in the second drive thru. We finally had to backup and go to the second drive thru. Then as we was giving our order there, we watched as customers in the first drive thru gave their orders 😡. So expect to be ignored😡

It's so nice to have a nice and professional service worker to deal with instead of what you normally get in Texarkana. Most of the time it's someone that act mad because the have to take your order or serve your food. But Virginia working at the drive thru is doing a great job and will definitely be chosing this location first because of her service.

Love The McDonald's App, Absolutely Awesome. Haven't Been To The One On StateLine In Sometime. The McNuggets We're Hot And Fresh, The Fries Hot And Really Good. And The Fish Sandwich Was Ok. Other Than That. Great Customer Service, Friendly At Both Window's. Very Pleased. Except The Fish Sandwich. Not As Hot As It Should Have Been.

The staff did a very good job of making three big breakfasts for my friends and I. All of our food was fresh, and the items that were supposed to be hot were hot. The service was very good. The restaurant was clean and well cared for. The parking area was also clean. I will eat here again when passing by and feeling the need for food.

The cashier was attentive, and caring. She double checked the order, accommodated for items they did not have and food came out in a timely manner, I rate them a five because of her service and manners. The food could of been fresher. The atmosphere was good and the children enjoyed and the computers they offered.

Not often I comment on McDonald's because they are all about the same...mediocre. But I must say, I travel by here almost monthly (for quite a few years) and get breakfast nearly every time and yet to be disappointed. Fresh, hot food, quick service, friendly staff, clean premises.

Great I love their holiday prize with the pumpkin and cream shouldn't be eating them but I eat them and I love their french fries and their Sprite at this store is wonderful

The young lady that took my order was extremely nice and the food when I got home was still hot and fresh!

The Stateline MD is always on point. Never had an issue with their ice cream machine, they handle their orders well, and they never forget any of my items. Fantastic service. Usually try to go here every time.

This particular location is located off of State Line in Texarkana, TX. The Drive Thru had a bit of a line so I went inside. The building was quite clean. Customer service was...decent. I ordered two Southern Style Chicken Biscuits. They were cooked to order which took 8 minutes. The cook was pretty cool about it, but the cashier could have been.

Your store is very clean so I wanted to start off by saying this :)

9/10 times my order was right and this particular location is a little busier than the one on 9th Street and they have horrible attitudes over there,

They have some of the best breakfast sandwiches in town! When I am on the run and want a hot and delicious breakfast I go to McDonald's. Plus they are always mindful about asking me if I need any condiments, and I find that really helpful and sweet.

I have always loved McDonald's food. The staff are always friendly, I really wish they would fix their milk shake machine...that's my only complaint. Oh I almost forgot, make sure to get their app cause I got a free carmel frapp yesterday 😁
