I went to Verizon today 07/12/23
The gentleman that attended to my account was absolutely amazing. Dawson Mitchell was exceptional. He saved me on my monthly bill and assisted with my order for a new Apple Watch. His customer service skills are top notch. He exceeded all my expectations. He provided accuracy, efficiency courtesy and show. This young man is an excellent representative for Verizon Wireless. He definitely has my vote and I will send as much business to him as possible. Thank you Dawson Mitchell. You Rock!! And remember Verizon Wireless people are more loyal to people more than a brand. Give this young man a raise.

Dawson was VERY helpful. The wife and I both got new phones and our bill was actually a lot lower than we had been paying for several years. Dawson took the time to look at our past bills to see where we could save. Definitely recommend this store over all the others.

I recently purchased my new phone from this location. I was so excited to upgrade to the pretty pastel yellow that the iPhone 11 offers. I had Lindsey to help me with every little detail that I wanted. She was so patient with me every time that I changed my mind and especially when I was so busy with my work schedule. After I found a day to come in, she was very attentive and helped my indecisive mind pick out the best phone for me. She weighed the pros and cons of each, helping me make the best decision, even when it ended up being the cheaper phone. I had a much friendlier and quicker experience here than I have ever had at the Marion location. If you are upgrading your phone and want a friendly and attentive sales associate to help you smoothly make your purchase, ask for Lindsey!!

I had recently lost my phone and went in and had the pleasure of working with Jennifer. She was very sweet and knowledgeable and got me all set up with a new phone. She even was kind enough to put my screen protector on for me. I had a great experience and will ask for Jennifer every time I go in. Thanks so much!

Ashlei took very good care of my husband and I. She answered all of our questions, was super helpful, and made sure we knew everything about our phones updates, storage, etc. before leaving. She kept us occupied while we waited by being very professional and making sure we were well taken care of. She also helped us set up things quickly and explained everything we needed to know! Very thankful for her and our overall experience. Also, her desk was super clean and organized.
