McDonald's

I really like this McDonald’s. They’re super nice. Riley is absolutely amazing. All the employees here seem happy so that means a lot to me as a consumer some happy employee for once. Riley deserves a raise.

recently moved to herrin and i honestly think this is an A+ mcds. i’ve never sat inside to eat, but the drive thru is usually so quick that they are handing me my food before i can put my money away. plus my order is always great 👍🏻

We had a hot fudge sunday was good, but could have used some more hot fudge.

Always serves my food how I ask for it,my son is autistic and likes his fries well done all the time, this location never fails to get my order correct.
They also have a play and dine area for kids.

I usually go to McDonald's to remember why I don't go to McDonald's. This experience was absolutely the best I've had in 20 years. Great job to the crew at this location I will be back!!

Love that they are quick and reliable

There’s this manager named Jeremy and he’s just absolutely FANTASTIC! Every time I go and he’s working it just makes the experience even brighter. He gets everything done speedy quick, which is appealing because it is a fast food restaurant. I swear he’d do anything for any customer. He’s so compassionate and has a great family, as well as great work ethic. Definitely a mctastic guy.

that Jeremy kid sure is a great manager. he works hard, is respectful & friendly even to the karens who think its burger king and they can have it their way. I only come to McDonald's when he's working and my food is always hot, fresh, and made correctly. anyone who has anything negative to say about him clearly needs to reevaluate life. give that guy a raise! down with the karens

There is a manager at Herrin mcdonalds who always treats me right I've contacted management several times about how he deserves a raise. I talked to management again today but I doubt anything will happen. He needs this raise to provide for his maiden and child. He even gave me a kiss on the cheek after serving me a wonderful meal he handcrafted.

Amy is wonderful and made my day. Her personality and attitude is indescribable. She went above and beyond, thankyou Amy!!!

Listen, I live in Kansas City. Often times I drive to Herrin to visit family. This McDonald's is always a hot spot. There is a manager named Jeremy that works there. He's always willing to help. Tell him Adam sent you. Might get you an extra pickle.

Herrin mcdonalds is always friendly to me every time I come in. So many friendly faces, including one of their managers named Jeremy and several other crew people. Krista always has a smile in the first window!

Herrin McDonald’s has an amazing manager. His name is Jeremy. They claim he is stepping down soon but they really need him and he’s been there for them for the longest. Jeremy is a wonderful manager and an even better person. I used to work with him at this McDonald’s years ago. I could always depend on him for anything. Jeremy has always been a respectful and wonderful person. And I assure you he clearly knows how to do his job efficiently. People like him should not be in this field because they deserve better. He is a wonderful father and a hard worker. Keep up the good work!! Herrin McDanks rocks!!

Drive through is usually very busy but it's fast. I've never had to get an order correct and they have always remember the sauce packets which is a big plus for me.

Awesome place best place that I've been to compared to all the other McDonald's these people at least treat you with respect and orders are 98% of the time correct then come in here for over a year and will continue.

Clean place with fast service and nice new area for the kids to play in. Side note they have tablet devices for kids in the play area as well. The kids did pretty good with the tablets, which post-pandemic just makes more sense to me than the old style play places.

Love McDonalds! It’s my go to place for a meal, drink, snack, and dessert. I have great experiences at the entire franchise around Herrin, IL. Great teams!!

Quick and friendly service. Amazing staff. My daughter fell and the manager saw and got her a happy meal toy and a cookie. Will always come back.
