Such a cozy and cool place!!! Very nice, attentive, and knowledgeable staff!!! Tons of deli meat, cheeses, and goodies. My husband got some brats, Italian sausage, and their own, "Salameat." It's their own blend of salami/sausage. If you are near there or want to take a little road trip, I suggest to get a few of their hand packed 'specialized to your liking' baskets for Christmas! They also make hot/cold deli sandwiches, pizza, and chili. Really cool & local Italian Delicatessen with a wide selection of speciality grocery goods! Just charming.

Wife and stopped in for lunch and it was fantastic. We also bought some cibatta rolls that are incredibly good. Nice selection of Italian food stuff, a deli in the back. Friendly staff and nice atmosphere. Definitely don't hesitate to stop in.

Excited to find this deli. We tried several of the sandwiches. All were delicious and reminded me of Europe. Nice selection of sodas and chips, too. We will definitely be back.

Went here for the first time this past weekend, and did not disappoint!! It’s so hard finding GOOD italian beef but this is the best italian beef sandwich i’ve ever had! Cannoli’s were good as well. I love that they have kind of everything in there you could want. Their pepperoncini’s are so good! Will be back a ton more

First time there yesterday, and I will definitely go back. We got roast beef sliced from the deli and fresh Italian sausage, totally the best. Also got the cheese ravioli and the garlic lovers sauce, and all I have to say is "WOW." I felt like I was eating at a 5 star restaurant at my kitchen table. This is the place to go for real good food....

My friend and I visited Louie's P&R today, and it was such a great experience! Fast and friendly service, delicious Italian beef, and such a wonderful atmosphere. They have many different jarred goods, meats, cheeses, and the like. Perfect place to have a bite on your lunch or pick up fresh food to bring home. I highly recommend!

I come from New Orleans and this place has a great muffuletta. My partner had a prime rib sandwich that was tender. And there was shared birthday cake. A great place.

I love this place and their Italian seasonings for Italian beef , I was from this area and it’s great to go get a sandwich or anything you need to cook Italian food or whatever they have a great butcher shop and they have a nice area to eat and sell all kinds of great stuff if you love Italian and I do ! I have to order there seasoning and get some while I am there . Excellent Italian beef !

I have had many things from Louie's P&R. Always very good, quick, friendly, and a reasonable price. Had the hot salami today. It was OK but it was not as good as other things I have had. There is a small dining area and store with various items to pickup.

Wonferful selection of Italian deli meats & sauages. Great atmosphere. Love the Cannoli, I picked up some gift baskets also.

Great shop. Fantastic selection of Italian favorites in the store and the deli is great. Italian Beef is one of their top sandwiches and it was delicious. Had a great time chatting with the staff about the links between Herrin and St Louis.

This place is, hands down, my favorite lunch spot in Southern Illinois. I love the fresh deli ingredients, the passion that all of the employees have for the place, the charming atmosphere, the wonderful array of beers and sodas, etc. Basically, there is nothing bad, in my eyes, about this place and I eat here at least once a week and sometimes more.

I feel like I am back in St. Louis when I go there. It's charming and the food is really good. There are so many good choices. The Italian Beef is excellent -- and they sell their seasoning mix. It definitely one of the places to check out in southern Illinois.

Louie's food and folks are the absolute best. They always have top notch meats and cheeses, their hot sandwiches and pizzas are incredible, as well! Our favorites, from the deli, are salimeats and luganiga for grilling

Love their Salameat, excellent meat and cheese selection. Enjoyed their Italian beef plus my friend took home Scooby sandwich, plus Italian beefs, and a couple of other sandwiches.

Different kinds of deli meat, chicken pork etc, rubs and merch. You can dine in and eat. Would go back! Atmosphere was really awesome.

I ordered a charcuterie tray for a bridal shower and Julie was so sweet. Everyone absolutely loved it. And my son-in-law to be loved the leftovers! Great experience and great food I highly recommend.

Great Food, affordable prices, and lot of to-go options! Italian beef and meat ball sandwich are delicious!
They have seating area where you can sit and enjoy your meal!
