RPM has an easy to use online platform that allows you to book an appointment and tell the mechanics what you believe to be an issue. They review the problem and are honest on whether the problem is what you think it is. I have had great experiences with Len and his crew and feel they offer a lot of insight into any issues and allow you to pick and choose what you wish to have done at a more than reasonable price. I would recommend them to absolutely anybody. I’ve gotten oil changes, new tires, brake work, tie rods, and a few other items done on my car there and sincerely trust their insight. It’s a shame there’s only 5 stars available because they are great to deal with.

RPM in Prairie du Chien always does an awesome job with my vehicle I have now and the one I had in the past. They go above and beyond with all your concerns. They go over everything that they may have concerns with and suggest what should be done by priority. They have a very easy scheduling system online. You drop your car off, you can wait if you'd like in their welcoming wait area or if it'll be a bit longer than you expected they can offer a loaner to use until your vehchile is completed.
If you opt to recieve texts or emails they have an awesome system that let's you see what you are getting repaired. It also shows you with pictures concerns they have and it will show up alongside your actual repairs requested. If you'd like the repairs done with estimated pricing already you just check the boxes and you submit and they get to work on it! They are fast but get the job done correctly. I was able to pay online and upon arriving dropped my loaner keys off and was on my way.
Best service in town. If you haven't stopped in to have your vehicle repaired or for maintenance you should. They have amazing staff! Thanks!

Great customer service and professional work! I appreciate being made aware of manufacturer's suggestions on other maintenance I am not aware about along with the free inspections that are done as a part of my routine maintenance. Being able to see parts and suggestions online is also a valuable asset. I also really appreciated being able to get worked in last minute and was happy to leave my car for the day to get it done. Car running great again. I have always been pleased with the service at RPM. All my vehicles get fixed quickly and correct. Also getting an free oil change as a Vet is an added bonus.

Good staff, easy ability to communicate via phone or texting. Invoices are quick and easy to pay online. Convenient pick up/ drop off or loaner cars with prior arrangements. The make car care easy!

RPM got us in right away as we had told them we were from out of town and on our anniversary weekend vacation and they were able to squeeze us in. The girl who answered the phone was very friendly and accommodating.They promptly test drove our vehicle and diagnosed our problem in short order. They rectified our safety related problem, and only charged us a very minimum amount. It is nice to know that there are still fair and honest businesses around.

I was 4 hours from home. Called and they were short handed but still did a service call. I was able to get to the shop. This place is amazing. Would recommend them to everyone.

Professional service, outstanding customer service! Helped with an oil change and brake work. Loved the communication through text showing me problems with real time pictures from my vehicle. They were attentive enough to apply a special that was going on at the time. I would have been happy to pay the entire bill for the value but who does not like to save a bit of money when possible? Highly recommended!!

I was from out of town and my brakes were grinding. They were nice enough to get me in. Price wasn't cheap but I was in a bind. I would recommend this shop. Job was well done. I appreciated their service.

RPM Automotive is amazing.. We were camping at Spook Cave campground and had an issue with a rodent who caused havoc and had chewed on our cooling system puncturing a coolant tube. We stopped by RPM Automotive and they quickly diagnosed the issue. Since we were only in the area for a few days they bumped us up in the line so they could get us repaired and back on the road. They even loaned us a car for the day. They were very professional & friendly. Our kind of place. We would highly recommend them for any Automotive Repair needs.

Professional, courteous and caring as always! Most importantly, however, is they actually fix what is wrong with your vehicle at a reasonable price, and they do it efficiently and effectively! Len and his crew are awesome - highly recommended!
