Great selection of clothing in a high end shopping center. The store had clothing arranged by designer. The staff was helpful. They also have a home store in the lower level and a Backstage clearance area on the upper floor. We were able to find mens' clothing in a slim fit, which can be hard to find.

It's the Macy's of my childhood during Xmas. Even Santa is around, and a make a wish letter to Santa's writing desk. It wasn't overcrowded even though it was "black Friday." Well decorated and stocked.

Great Experience at Macy's today. Easy process purchasing some nice cologne for my Dad & I. Definitely returning soon. 👌🏾

I ordered online in advance sip to the store all items are ready and available and everything was there and there was no lines in the waiting The way it was maybe 5 to 10 minutes today. I love the new Macy's video screen playing the commercials and the Santaland thing while I'm waiting.

Sometimes I wonder how it is easy to shop online but last Sunday I realized what we are missing in this culture of online shopping - the power and beauty of in person service that can make a customer so happy and want to come back to the store. My family and me had a great experience with Mary Rohlinger ( Fragrance advisor ) . Her attention to detail , her ability to explain various products and kind way of communicating …. It’s amazing. We walked in to try out new perfumes but ended up buying 2 good quality fragrances. Going forward we will definitely shop fragrances only in store at Macys.

I had a wonderful time working with Lori Schwarz recently while looking for the perfect lipstick shades to go with my travel wardrobe. She was more than happy to accommodate my curiosity to try on many shades and even offered her hand when mine was full of shades in order to compare. I loved working with her it was a truly fun afternoon and I found everything I needed. I noticed a nice collaboration between the other employees as they read off and helped search for all the names of the lipsticks I wanted to purchase. She offered to help me with other makeup items that day but when I mentioned I was short on time she gave me her card and even followed up with a call reminding me of upcoming promotions. Lori Schwarz is a beauty advisor I will definitely go out of my way to arrange time to work with when traveling to Madison as well as orders I want shipped to my home.

Devin at Hilldale is by far the most customer service oriented person I've dealt with at the store or the 800#. After Macy's messed up an online order they required ME to chase hither and yon to help them get me my refund. An hour plus later I was in front of Devin and zippity zap, the refund was completed. Thank you Devin!

Outstanding customer service and product

Really great assistance in the men's formal department. The gentleman who helped me owned his own suit store for 30 years. He had expert knowledge and made me look good in a Ralph Lauren charcoal suit. Making me look handsome is nothing short of magic. Also got a $600 suit for $263. Quite happy. :)

Whoever the wondeful woman is who runs the 2nd floor womens fitting room is an absolute angel. She was everything you want in an employee, friendly, making everyone smile and laugh while simultaneously doing her job to the 100th degree. Manager at the jewelry counter should be fired.... shes a discrimination lawsuit waiting to happen though.

Came back here instead of going next door to get my MK purse. I remembered the lady that helped us a couple weeks ago and told her we would be back to purchase. She was extremely helpful both times! Super nice to talk to and I walked out of there with a brand new MK purse and wallet! Would definitely shop here again 😊

I NEVER shopped at a Macy's before. I live 160 miles from this store. WOW, what great deals I got today. I can't wait to get home to unpack everything I bought. I need to check out the local Macy's store where I live. If you have not been to Macys before you need to check this place out.

Best place to buy perfume... You may find it a little less expensive somewhere else but there gift wrapping is amazing!!!... And they always throw in samples... Well worth paying full price and then some!!!
