I have been going toTender Care for all my pet needs since 2016. They are reliable, understanding and compassionate. I highly recommend them to your furry friends.

Very caring knowledgeable avian Vet Dr Laura. Enjoyed every minute being there!
Ran full blood panels but all tests are expensive to send out. To different. labs. Office visit wellness check up very reasonable. Very personable and made me feel comfortable even follow up calls the same night to see how Bella was doing . Would recommend any Parrot lover to go there.

This was my first visit to Tender Care and it was during a very stressful urgent visit for my pet. Everyone was so wonderful, gentle and kind. I would definitely recommend Dr. Laura to anyone—she examined my poor baby gently and confidently. She was very thorough and tried to limit his stress response as much as possible. Her vet tech was also amazing and I just cannot thank Tender Care enough. Thank you for taking such good care of us…this community is so lucky to have you!!!

Thanks for taking care of Meatwad! She is way cool when you guys do her nails. When *I* try? Forgetaboutit. Also, good catch on the infection when she was there for boarding (obviously she must have had it before she got there). Glad you guys noticed and got her started on antibiotics while I was out of town!

Excellent and thorough care for my elderly cat and also my other cat who has lung and heart disease.
No other vet properly diagnosed issues in either feline.

The whole experience from reception to checkout was exceptional. My pets were treated well and with great care. I was kept well informed of what was taking place and giving suggestions bettering their health. Love this place. Too bad I am moving.

I'd give a 10 star to everyone there if i could.. We are seasonal campers and our dog was sick. I called and could get in if we hurried. They cared for Mabel as she was a regular customer. They were so kind, so caring, and spent time explaining her blood test and xrays.

Awesome service in every aspect! We were visiting from out of town for the week and our dog got sick. They took her in right away and got her cured. The level of caring and compassion was the highest and reminded me of our local vet. It made us feel so much better to see how well they took care of our baby girl dog. If we lived here, they would be our regular vet, without a doubt. I can’t praise them enough.

I have a dog who is an extremely difficult patient. The staff and doctors at Tender Care are patient, compassionate and flexible, which enables him to receive the care he needs and deserves. He's my fourth dog with Tender Care and I'd never take him anywhere else.

They are a no kill vet, which is very important to us. Caution and educate yourself, in this area there are vets who are not.

Our dog(Lilly)was attacked by a coyote or bobcat, had to call around 7 pm on a Friday night, Dr Amber answered her cell phone and with out hesitation told us to bring her right down. Dr Amber examined and x-rayed Lilly and then explained the severity and complications of her injuries. She took the time to explain all the possible outcomes and the cost. Dr Amber worked on Lilly till past midnight stabilizing her for the night. Dr Amber reassured us she would come in through out the day on Saturday to keep an eye on Lilly. I feel they did what they could to try to save Lilly however we lost her that Saturday night. They did what they could, but her injuries were just to severe. Tender Care is very expensive, but if you want the best care, and best staff that is compassionate and is there when you most need them, then this is the place to go.

Wow where do I start. Dr. Jaime and her loving, caring staff were beyond incredible with our Sami girl. They only met Sami twice but showed her love like they've known her forever. She gave Sami all of her attention. We know in life that there comes a time when we must say goodbye to our beloved fur babies, and for us it was the most difficult thing I've ever gone through, and still am. But talking to Dr. Jamie, she was consoling, and caring, along with her staff. Tendercare will ALWAYS have a special place in our hearts.

They are very caring. I have a rescue cat. I had to bring her in to be spayed. They were very accommodating with dropping her off and picking her up. I thought that it was a great idea that they take a picture of your pet for identification. They are very personable and caring.

Our dog had a fight with cockleburs and lost. We called Tender Care for an emergency grooming since we were not home, on a vacation. They took the cockleburs out, plus a puppy cut and toe nail clipping. We loved the cut. We would love to come back for the next cut. We're five hours away. Thank you for all your help!

Take my pets there and won't give a second thought to change. They are helpful worked with us to help my dog feel better about the visits. The price associated with the visits is worth it given the extra attention given. It's an amazing place...

We are new to the hospital and I've read some really good things about the place so when we got our pit we decided to try them and everyone has been wonderful and very friendly. Our pup enjoys going there.
