Jaden was amazing! Super fast and friendly, even told me 1 free sauce comes with the chicken I bought... no one ever told me that before! Give that man a raise!

I would give them a 5 because I'm happy with then most of the time. But keeping people waiting a month after applying to your store and not even giving them a phone call is pretty lame, so I'm taking 2 stars off till they remedy the situation.

Usual kwik trip food, drinks and such. Automatic and self service car wash, vacuum. Plenty of tire pumps. Usually sticky or dirty, but it's a gas station, not the Ritz Carlton. Big parking lot next door, good place to sit a minute while traveling or driving for work.

I stop at this Kwik Trip almost daily and the staff are extremely personable. They don't always have the best food options out, and they're very busy most days because of their location, but the customer service really makes up for it in my opinion. Bathroom is always clean, and the parking lot is tidy as well.

I stop here daily after a long night shift to grab a bite to eat, and I'm never disappointed. The place is well kept and the staff is always so polite. There's a couple of kwik trips in my area, but this is the one I'll always go to.

Best Customer Service Ever. Alex, who I believe was the manager-on-duty, displayed the best customer service ever. After having issues with the ATM machine, Alex basically dropped what he was doing to address my issue. Unfortunately, this happened Christmas Eve so there was a backup on the lines. Throughout the next 30 minutes, Alex repeatedly checked in on me, asking if I wanted anything. Alex was able to find a solution to my issue after multiple failed attempts on the phone. If you ever visit this Kwik Trip, and see Alex, make sure to give him a nod. It is people like Alex that make Kwik Trip my favorite place for gas and a snack. Thank you again Alex.

Thank God Kwik trip hires good people....if it wasnt for Lamar Robinson I probably would have been stuck in Madison with no gas because I forgot my wallet at home even though I had money on my cash app, He willingly let me send it to him and pulled it out for me. I honestly think this man deserves some kind of raise for having above and beyond good customer service and is amazing with customers. Once again thank you Lamar Robinson I hope to see you in a manager position one day you deserve it. 💯💯💯

I was a dollar short on my total for the item I wanted since I had forgotten my wallet and had only pocket change on me, but Jono behind the counter was extremely generous and offered to pitch in some of his own tip money to help me pay for it. His actions were extremely unexpected and thoughtful. Will definitely be coming back soon and will hope to see Jono next time to return the favor!
