Noble Knight Games

This is an exceptional tabletop gaming store! If you are a tabletop gamer and are anywhere near Fitchburg/Madison, Wisconsin, I believe this store is a must-see! It is so nicely stocked full of games, miniatures, card sleeves, gaming accessories etc, that even if you aren't looking to buy something it's well worth passing through the store. The store is beautifully laid out, appears to be handicapped accessible, and there's a cool vintage game display case in the back of the store near the gaming tables. If you're looking for something specific, be sure to ask the stuff for help. My husband was looking for very specific card sleeves and they looked up the details from the manufacturer and pulled card sleeves out from the back that worked just perfectly. They also do business online so if you're out of the area you can still buy things online.

These guys are amazing! I actually sold them a really valuable board game set and received a generous PayPal offer within a few days after sending them a content list via e-mail. They provided me with a free shipping label through FedEx (Awesome! No out of pocket shipping costs!) and paid me within the same week of receiving it. They were not only super speedy, but incredibly friendly to deal with as well! As a first time seller, I was nervous being that my collection was worth quite a bit. They were there the entire time to guide me through the whole process, kept me up to date, and went out of their way to answer any questions I had. Please note if you're looking to sell as I did, know that businesses need to make a profit too and also take into account that they cover shipping costs as well. That being said, I truly feel valued as a seller and would not hesitate to do business with them again. Thanks Noble Knight Games! You definitely live up to your name!

I would give them six stars if I could, 1) their trading program is terrific. I've been able to clear out my collection of old games that I never will play again, and know that someone else will now get Joy from them. And they make it so easy with free shipping labels.. 2) their selection of used games is incredible. Furthermore, the description of the game's condition is always accurate. 3) their customer service is outstanding. In two cases the used games I ordered were missing parts and in both cases they made it good right away at their own expense. This is the kind of customer service that you rarely see. They have my loyalty! I only wish I lived closer so I could visit in person.

This is my first time doing a sale to Noble Knight Games. They're very responsive and were very quick to provide a quote, which I felt was a fair offer (I chose to get the store credit to get more for the games). I actually told them the incorrect information about what I was selling at first, and when I informed them of the correction, they were incredibly kind and updated their quote within a day. The process they've created for purchasing games from individuals is so incredibly easy. They send you a shipping label, you box it up, and drop off at a fedex location. That's it! I will definitely consider selling to them again in the future.

Noble Knight is a great board game source. I've bought many hard-to-find games from them. I've also sold a lot of games to them. Most recently, I helped my late gaming friend's wife sell most of his game collection to Noble Knight. They gave fair prices for the games and made it super easy to ship the games to them. Everyone I've been in contact with at NK has been very friendly and helpful.

I'm very thankful to their staff. I was having a bad day and I needed a self care package during the same day and they were able to prepare my order in a less than twelve hour notice! I really appreciate it. The store is always clean, it always smells nice and everyone is very knowledgeable! Thank you!!!

These guys are so good that on a coast to coast drive, we stopped in as a 'must do'. More recently they ran a free international shipping deal which I feel I rather took advantage of! Fair prices, great deals. Thank you Noble Knight Games.

When I don't find what I'm looking for, I still manage to find something I want. Great selection, and shopping online is a breeze. I always love when some old rare game pops up on my wish list... but my wallet starts to cry. Got some personal holy grails thanks to Noble Knight.

Really cool store. Huge! And you can browse their online shop and pick it up in the store. Huge selection and they have a large area for gaming. Staff was fairly friendly. It made my nerd heart happy.

I had a large collection of AD&D books that I wanted to get to a good place, and boy did I choose the right people to sell to. They were respectful of the condition they were in (near mint or new condition mostly) and were very friendly and knowledgeable. They went out of their way to get me a good price on my second trade-in as well. I will be going back and bringing some of my other collections that I no longer use to them.

Ordered a game online that had been made 30 years ago so was concerned it would be missing many pieces. Noble Knight came thru fantastically as the game was is great shape and one missing piece they sent me soon after when notified it was missing. Great customer service and super price. Will definitely shop with confidence next time I am looking for a hard to find board game!

The most complete gaming store that I have been to. The staff was friendly a d helpful. They have an amazing selection rare and out of print games.

First time visitors and we couldn’t be more impressed. The staff was so helpful and kind, and the selection was unbelievable! It was so nice to see people gathered in the community area playing games and trading too! Very cool place!

I play a fair amount of board games, and I was very impressed with the store! The prices are fair, and everything was easy to find. Noble Knight Games has separate sections for war games and even a paint section? Not quite sure what that is for, my best guess is to paint character models. Overall, a great experience and I would recommend for any kind of gamer!

Well it looks like I can't give them a six ⭐ rating but I would if I could.

I bought a used copy of forbidden fortress online from Nobel Knight. Unfortunately it didn't include any of the tokens or markers. So I called Noble Knight and their guy Blake literally called me back 3 hours later (this is during the holiday season so I was totally shocked) and they are going to ship me out a brand new shrink wrapped copy. They are also paying for shipping back for the used incomplete one I got.

So buy used games with confidence from Nobel knight games. Their customer service is insane...in a good way!
