Today I met the most helpful staff ever at Target! Her name was Lucky. I couldn’t go through the self-checkout because I was buying gift cards. The ONE cashier on duty had a long line of course, Lucky pulled me out of line and used a miniature device to get me checked out & on my way. She was friendly, kind & knew what she was doing! I was the lucky one. Target is lucky to have Lucky!

Great location with easy parking. Use the app to order online for curbside pick-up or in-store. A great place to get your booster at the CVS inside.

I will be honest. I purposely will drive out of my way to go to this Target. They typically have the items I want, they have a surplus of things I didn't think about, it's easy to get in and get out AND unlike the other ones, the employees here are nice. They will answer questions and they acknowledge me when I'm leaving and when I come in.

I always love coming here. For somebody who used to shop Walmart most of the time, the little extra I pay is totally worth coming to target everytime. Their prices are very close to Walmart's but what you get here is a nice clean place at all times, well stocked shelves, and workers that are competent and atleast care enough to help you find what you are looking for. I have used their online pickup service for groceries and other items, and have never had a single problem with that as well. It's definitely worth coming here, they got a great balance of affordable products, with good quality and it is clean and beautiful inside and out. Thanks Target!

This is a great location. The store is well organized and shelves are fully stocked. Lots of variety and no expired or damaged goods that I saw. Every visit, I see staff organizing and restocking - it’s a well cared for and busy store.

However, I think everyone would benefit from hiring more cashiers. The self checkout line is always very, VERY long. I won’t post a photo out of respect for patrons/staff that may not want to be photographed. There is an average of 2-3 check out lines (manned by humans) that are actually open, but they are also very long. Meanwhile, there are about 20 unmanned registers collecting dust. I feel terrible for the staff here because of this. Dealing with grumpy folks that have been waiting a long time to check out, groceries melting in the process.

And despite this, every time I’ve spoken to the staff at this location they have been so pleasant and sweet.

You have GREAT people working here.

Please get them some backups and chairs; Aldi staff get chairs. I don’t mind the wait times AT ALL, but I think opening more registers and hiring more cashiers would make for a smoother experience for all.

After my recent visit, I completed a guest survey and an executive emailed me directly. Very cool knowing these surveys get read/reviewed and I sincerely hope they continue to improve the work environment for their wonderful staff.

The variety and the prices were good but didn't have any pastry flour 😕

Had a return to do, and my experience with the store was very positive. I always enjoy entering this store. It’s clean, staff are very pleasant and there are always some new stuff to give creative ideas to decorate one’s accommodations. I enjoy spending time looking at stuff. One can kill several hours wondering the store looking at things.

Love the curbside pickup! I order at least once a month. I've rarely had to wait more than 5 minutes for my order. It's incredibly fast and convenient. I had exactly one order where the employee left one of my bags in the store. Since then I am sure to pull over and check the contents of all of my bags and haven't had another occurrence. Moreover, the app gets better and better. I can now select exactly where I want my groceries (trunk, left passenger door, etc.). I usually find that the Target prices are far less than Amazon.

Love this store-- staff are always helpful, pleasant, and efficient! I happened to overhear a staff member who was communicating by earpiece device -- he had been asked to take care of something by another team member. His reply was professional, and showed his initiative -- he had already taken care of the problem. Staff here just seem to take their responsibilities seriously and in a pleasant helpful way.

first time I used pick up order, super easy greeted with a smile. The young lady Asian with glasses was super efficient. I will do it again!

This is our favorite go to store for all things toys, food and household needs. There's always plenty of parking, even when the store is busy and conveniently located west of Madison too!

This Target (6321 McKee Rd, Fitchburg, WI 53719-5017) is a store where you can but almost anything from furniture to groceries, including live flowers (roses, etc.). The store was recently remodeled a and they did a wonderful job. With the new layout of the store it is easy to find what you are looking for and is super spacious. It is nice to just walk around and shop. The store is very clean and organized. The shelves are always stocked and item are always available. They have an excellent grocery that rivals large supermarket. Price are reasonable. Excellent location near intersection of just highway PD and Verona Road. Easy to get to. The bathrooms are very clean and maintained. Above all, the employees are exceptional. They are helpful, friendly, courteous, and very knowledgeably...they are great! Great job Target and staff!!!

I went to target this morning and it was a joyful shopping trip today.
Found a bunch of home items & food I needed to stock up on!
I was shocked & surprised to see many shelves empty for the Kellogg's cereals & other food products in the refrigerated section.
Prices were low some were high on non-food products but overall this trip was good!
The cashier was a young white lady who
gave excellent customer service & a smile.
She was very kind, patient & very helpful & bagged all my items with care.
So I highly recommend people to shop at this store.

The customer service department in this location is top notch! The front desk crew is very professional and helpful!

The store was neat & clean. The young man who was my cashier was also very friendly and did a great job bagging my purchases. He made sure that my food was separate from my cleaning chemicals. He even asked if I wanted to keep a candy bar and beverage out (to eat on the way home I assume ;) ).
The gentleman at the retuns counter was also very pleasant & helpful with processing my multiple after-Christmas returns.
