Country Inn & Suites by Radisson, Prairie du Chien, WI

Very nice, clean hotel. Service was excellent & they were quite accommodating. We brought our kitten w/us & it was only a small charge of $20 extra for 2 night's stay.
The only thing was the free breakfast. I will give them some grace on that because we were there in the middle of the week. Wasn't the greatest, but it sufficed for our needs. Would stay there again next time we visit.

Right from the start Drew checked us in. He was very friendly and helpful. Our room was clean. The pool was warm and relaxing. Kids had a blast on the waterslide. We enjoyed food and drinks at the restaurant on-site and it was also great. Keep it up! Thank You can't wait to visit again

I absolutely loved this hotel. My only complaint was the bed being a little too firm and the pillows sunk too flat. Tasha, Tyler, and Cody were phenomenal with their customer service and being so accommodating. Having the restaurant there on property is definitely a bonus. The Ruben sandwich was fresh and delicious. We also had the fried pickles, and they were amazing also. We utilized the hot tub and pool. We definitely will be back.

This was a nice hotel. Beds were not the most comfortable, but the hotel, as a whole was great! The staff (especially Drew) made it one of the top places my family has ever stayed! He was amazing from check in to check out, he was constantly there, helping us with anything we needed at the drop of a hat! Highly recommend!

Nice hotel, beds were comfortable,mostly friendly staff & good location.Free breakfast was good. I have a special needs son and housekeeping was amazing meeting our extra needs.Nice having water park & grill bar connected to hotel.
A few things that would make it better.
1. A lifeguard on duty to use big slide in water park. No lifeguard,no slide.
2. Grill/bar only open Tues-Sat. 4p-10p.
3. Dining area in hotel closed after breakfast.
Rooms do not have enough space for a family to eat in the room.

All Staff was super friendly and helpful from the front desk to the housekeeping including the lifeguard! We had a fantastic experience! The room was clean, the pool was clean, breakfast was great! We were greeted with two complementary bottles of water and staff was more than helpful when asking about the local area. We took my son there for his birthday with a friend of his and we will definitely recommend this place to everyone and plan to come back! Absolutely no complaints fantastic experience!

They are service dog friendly ( even to our 2 gentle giant boys)..
Very clean was a amazing stay

We liked it. Service was good and fresh warm baked cookies each night. They were very accommodating to our group. We loved sitting out on the front patios enjoying the scenic view. We did not use the pool area but it appeared nice. We enjoyed the pub connected to the hotel also.

I'm definitely a fan of this place. The only thing that I found less than desirable is the other guests. I experienced multiple times a group of people who were not sober hanging out in the front parking lot and in their cars . This is extremely undesirabm theto m meand I am aware that it is unfortunate for the hotel that it was beginning . These people were acting like they were feral and their behavior is going to really impact the bottom line of the hotel. Sadly it was beginning to look a lot like a housing project in the hood.

Great hotel with clean spacious rooms with mini fridge and microwave. Awesome free breakfast with waffle makers, eggs, sausage, biscuits and gravy, cereal, bagels, yogurt, and more. Really cool pool with water park slide and features. The kids had a blast! Staff were super friendly and helpful. Couldn't ask for anything more.

Large clean suite. Friendly helpful staff. All the amenities including the best breakfast on our entire 2 week road trip. We learned from the grandson who now owns it that it has been a family business since the 90’s. Looked brand new. Great remodels and upkeep. We loved our stay!

“Drew” at the front desk was hands-down the most personable hotel staffer that I have ever met. He handled our very last minute need for a room on a very busy weekend as if We were the only ones that mattered. The room was big, very clean and fresh. I travel frequently for work, I may need to change my “loyalty” program.

My family has stayed here several times over the past couple of years while visiting family and we have always been pleased with the friendliness of the staff and the cleanliness of the rooms. The pool area is also great for the kids. We will be back again sometime soon I'm sure.

From checking in to checking out, we had a wonderful experience at this hotel. The staff was super friendly and welcoming, the rooms were clean and spacious, and the food in the restaurant was good. We also enjoyed the complimentary breakfast. The hotel more than met our expectations and we will be back. Thank you for a great stay!

I really enjoy staying at this hotel with my wife's family. The workers are friendly and the kids all seem to enjoy the indoor pool/play area. The rooms are very nice and spacious as well. I like that ours had a refrigerator and microwave. The bunk beds that the kids' had in their grandparent's room was nice also.

The staff was great and we enjoyed our stay. Our 3 year old enjoyed the splash park and the restaurant onsite was really nice. We highly recommend it. The only thing that really needs updated are the beds. It was one of the most uncomfortable sleeps I've had for a weekend away for the price we paid. Thank you.

We flew in from Washington and then drove three hours to get here and we didn’t realize the check in time was at 3pm (we arrived at 10:30am) and Terra and another employee got our room ready for us immediately and called us when it was ready so we could get some sleep. Now that’s amazing service! Beautiful grounds, clean rooms with the best pillows you’ve ever slept on, the breakfast is the best hotel breakfast I’ve ever had. Thank you to the staff for your Michelin star service!

My kids and I took an unepected road trip which last minute ended us deciding to seek something fun in the area. Indoor water park!
Upon arrival the staff was friendly from the start. Check in and out was smooth and the fact that the cover for admission is included with hotel stay was a bonus.
The room was immaculate....not even exaggerating. I have stayed at Four Diamond and Five star hotels and this stay was comparible.
The water park is perfect size for kiddos new to the water park experience.One of my children is young and has autism and sometimes has blow outs...the staff were so kind and patient. He only had a couple of issues. It was his element.
For me after Four years of no vacation the hot tub with water fall was so enticing.
Even the pool area is well kept and the pool is clean.
It was the best adventure with the ladds yet. If we had more clothes I would have booked a second night.
My eldest begged not to leave. That is how a hotel stay should be.
Laslty the free breakfast had a good selection. There is a bar too and they are quite accomodating. Ee will be going back.

I received EXCELLENT service from the front desk employee, ASHLEY!!! Ashley was so nice, helpful, sweet, and professional everything you want to help make your stay feel like "home away from home"! The pool area is great for everyone adults and kids both! Love their huge slide! The new remodeling looks homey with beautiful walls, more space in the eating room, and showing more light in the big windows while you eat, read the paper, surf the net, or just hang out. The rooms are very CLEAN which can be hard to find in some hotels. And you're close to so many choices of restaurants to choose from. Plus there's a lot of places to visit or hang out for adults and kids for that much needed family time! If you want great customer service, Ashley is the lady for you!!! THANK YOU ASHLEY!!!

Stayed here for 3 months. Definitely not meant for long term stays. Rooms are a bit dated but staff was very nice
