I really wasn't looking to buy a new truck, but due to a mechanical issue with my F-150 and nearing the end of its warranty I decided to give the new Ram 1500's a look since that is what I was given as a loaner at the time. I really like that Ram and discussed with Julie Simon about trading in my 150 on the Ram. Julie was very courteous and gracious in dealing with my hesitancies about spending so much on a new truck! Thanks Julie for understanding!! Julie was a no pressure saleswoman and only responed to me when I asked questions of her. I appreciated the fact she did not put me under any pressure and allowed me to work through things that I needed to. All in all I had a great experience with Julie and Fillback! Have been waiting on a Bronco order at another dealer for 14 months with delivery date in sight. Found that Fillback had one in stock that was a close match to what I wanted. Submitted an interest note on Sunday and had Bob call first thing Monday with two options. The team was great to work with even though I was an out of state customer.

We just got a 2018 Ford ecosport from Fillback Ford in Prairie Du Chien and couldn't be more happy with our choice of vehicle!! also the treatment we got from Julie Simon and Shawn Griffin was more than AMAZING when helping us, not only picking the perfect vehicle, but also get the proper financing with our current credit rating which could be better. They both made us feel more comfortable than most dealships I've dealt with in the past, instead of being made to feel uncomfortable over our credit, they instead made us feel like family as they worked their magic to ensure we were able to drive off the lot in a new car no matter what!!
