Needed a new fridge for our cabin in Rib Lake. Saleslady very good and informative. Delivery and setup guys also very good--arrived on time despite miserable roads and had us all ready in a minimum time. Would recommend these people with no hesitation.

Went in to get a quote on all new kitchen appliances, people were all great and they helped us pick out what we wanted based on our requests and what was in stock. Will go back if we ever need anything else. Got all new kitchen appliances within a week! Highly recommend.

I had to purchase a new washing machine when mine stopped working. Hargraves was super helpful and had plenty of washers in stock. Delivery was quick, service was great and they were beyond helpful with their customer service when I had issues with my new purchase. We are lucky to have such a great store in our community! 2 technicians showed up to take out the old air conditioner and replace it with a new one. They did everything. I had no worries when they left, which was important because I was just short of a basket case...my husband had just come through a major and critical health crisis and was in rehab. Very competent in what they were doing and courteous.

My dryer driver belt broke late in the afternoon. I had wet clothes and no way of getting a replacement fast! We called everywhere, thankfully Hargraves just happen to have one in stock. Service was outstanding! Thank you!

Fridge went out, Hargrave sent technician next day, bad news. Went to store, ordered new, fridge ready for delivery 8 days later. Scheduled delivery, technicians arrived, installed, prepped, and hauled away, all within 35 minutes. Extremely satisfied with service call, sales experience, and installation.

VERY FINE! THEY HAD JUST WHAT I WANTED IN A REFRIGERATOR AVAILABLE! THE PRICE WAS FAIR!(LESS THAN THE REST OF ALL THE AREA SALES PLACES!) THEY IN ALL CASES WANTED TO SELL ME ITEMS OF LESSER QUALITY, AND OF THE COLOR THEY HAD IN STORE AT HIGHER PRICES! WAUSAU DEALERSHIPS, BIG BOX STORES, PLOVER OUTLETS ARE STAFFED WITH INCOMPETENTS, THAT DESTROY THE GOOD REPUTATIONS OF THEIR OWNERS!

All of my appliances are from Hargraves, always excellent service. The manager, Krista is very knowledgeable and friendly, as is Faye.

Bought a replacement microwave, installed two days later and took away the old one. Good competitive pricing and super service.
