Verizon

Previously the service was horrible with long wait times. This time entered and it was about 5 mins and 20+ woman asked us what had brought us in. She spoke with knowledge of our phones and the issues where we live. She gave us suggestions and she stated if they don't work to go Verizon help line or go online. We are 60+ but she didn't speak down to us...just very helpful. Place was very clean and staff seemed very welcoming to people who came in.

Very happy with the service, normally we do everything online or through a corporate store. Decided to stop in today to ask a few questions about the new plans. Sales rep was very knowledgeable and helpful. Ended up taking advantage of some loyalty rewards for upgrades and will definitely be using team wireless in the future

Elizabeth in the Merrill Wisconsin store was awesome. She helped my husband get a new phone and I got the new Samsung Galaxy watch6. She even helped us save some money on our Verizon bill.

I had a very complicated issue and Elizabeth handled it with grace, patience, and good humor. Although many customers came in after me, she never once made me feel rushed or like I was a problem.
I haven't had the best of experiences with some people in this store over the years, but Elizabeth made me a fan. I surely recommend her to others and urge you to use this store. She knew what she was doing every step of the way. I was very impressed and grateful for her help.

Despite being the only worker and having numerous customers to attend to simultaneously, she went above and beyond to help me with my new SIM card setup. Her exceptional customer service skills and ability to handle a busy environment were truly commendable.

I went to the Merrill, WI location to upgrade my phone. The phone I had was so full that it no longer functioned properly and because of this, we ran into some roadblocks. That didn’t phase Shane, he figured it out anyway. He made this one of the fastest & smoothest transactions I have ever experienced while being a Verizon customer (19 years). Thank you Shane for your patience and for making certain it was done correctly.

SIM card decided that it didn't want to work anymore. They were able to get it changed and the phone back up and running. Both techs were awesome and friendly!
