We needed a lift chair delivered quickly. Chris was wonderful to work with me to get it delivered 100 miles from their store.. the next day. The chair is perfect for our needs fans she guided me to the best shower transfer chair also. Easy, quick and gracious service. Thank you so much!! It was definitely worth much more than the 15 mile drive to Merrill to work with her and her company.

We got a stair lift for my mom. It was approve on Monday and was installed on Wednesday! I can't begin to describe how much this has helped her! It was so painful and exhausting to go up and down stairs which was necessary just to get out of the house. Now she doesn't dread going to appointments or just getting out for a drive. These folks are experts in medical equipment and we have not been disappointed in any of the products purchased here.
