Went to get an ingrown toenail removal february 2nd. at first everything was going well the initial injection hurt a lot as expected and i was completely numb. that’s about it. when removing both sides of the nails dr chism pulled so hard that it felt like my toe was going to rip off. then when he was applying the acid treatment he pushed so hard in there that he snapped the stick in half. about a month goes by and the outer side of my toe isn’t healing. i see a that a nail is still stuck in my toe so i got it out and it finally healed. but now my toenail is jagged on both sides as my nails are chipping off. went to aspirus podiatry today for the other toe and they were very gentle with pulling both sides out and, without breaking the sticks in half, applied my acid treatment. safe to say i won’t be recommending this place.
