My Mazda was in for body work repair after motor vehicle accident and I can’t say enough good things about KB body shop! They communicated with me through the whole process, they we're very timely on repairs, and on top of that they went out of their way to clean up my car and make it look beautiful for pick up. When you commute everyday being without your vehicle is fustrating but KB makes repairs fast, simple and keeps you informed. KB are true professionals and super easy to communicate and work with. We have utilized this shop multiple time, added bonus your vehicle comes back clean! KB goes over and above for customers and it shows.

Would highly recommend. Took my vehicle in for body damage to the door which was covered through insurance. I received a loaner, for the time my vehicle was in the shop. My vehicle was done earlier than expected and the work was perfect. They also cleaned my car inside and out with great attention to detail. I was not expecting this so it was a wonderful surprise. All the staff was helpful and friendly as well. Definitely the best place in the area to have work done. They also have text message updates which is great in keeping up with the status of the repair.

I recently took my Subaru in to be fixed after hitting a deer with my vehicle. A headlight, front side panel, and door needed to be replaced. I brought it in on Monday and picked it up by Friday. Great work, communication and they even vacuumed and cleaned my screen! Highly recommend!

KB Auto is so great at what they do with vehicles! This my second vehicle I had to take to them for body work. They go above and beyond to make their customer’s happy! It is like driving in a brand new car again because they detailed it before they gave it back to me! Thank you so much!

Had a little run in with a deer the Friday afternoon before Memorial Day. Luckily the only damage done was by my right headlight. The headlight was smashed and needed replacement and right front bumper cover and right fender panel needed repair. My vehicle was still drivable though. I contacted my insurance rep and was told I had to take it to KB Body Shop in Merrill, even though I live in the Crandon area. It was too late to take it at that time and with the holiday on Monday I would take it in Tuesday.

Once I took it in I was told they were backed up for about 3 months. The service advisor (can't remember his name now) did a quick visual check with me and stated that the damage wasn't too severe and could be worked on and possibly done in over a week, also stated they would confirm more once they get it in the garage. He was able to set me up with a loaner vehicle for the time being. I was contacted within the next day (Wednesday) and told it would be done the next Wednesday. To my surprise I received a message that my car was completed on Friday, 3 days after I brought it in. I was unable to stop in to get it as I had a previous appointment and would get it on Monday.

I will say I am very happy and have no complaints of the work that was completed. You would never known I hit/clipped a deer. Very impressed by the speed it was done. A nice unexpected finishing touch was they completely vacuumed the floor and had the car mats washed and clean (also left a KB Body Shop car freshener for me to hang). I would definately recommend KB Body Shop for anyone that need Body work done on their vehicle. The employees I were in contact with were extremely kind, friendly and helpful. Thank you all for an outstanding job.

Absolutely fantastic job! Customer service is wonderful. The techs are amazing. 15/10 would recommend to anyone! My car (after hitting a deer) looks brand new.. they even vacuumed the seats and the carpets.. it's never looked better.

Very quick with the work they did. Had text message updates as the work was being to let me know where my repair was at. Very friendly and able to answer any questions I had. They even cleaned the interior which was a very nice surprise when I went to pick it up. I would recommend them to anyone.

Highly reccomend KB Body Shop if you have the misfortune of needing body shop repair. Someone hit my'22 Ford Maverick while parked in a store parking lot and I was not in vehicle. I was very sad and anxious as I waited 1 year to receive my truck when I originally ordered it from the dealership.
From the receptionist to the estimate and the repair; everything was done in a timely professional manner. They kept me informed during the process. When the repair was complete it not only looked exactly as expected but it was so sparkling clean and vacuumed interior. They did an awesome job!!

We had a great experience with KB! The repair only took one week from the time of our accident. 10/10 customer service and they left our vehicle nice and clean!

Was rear ended after leaving Duluth, MN zoo, very unexpectedly at a stoplight, before moving down here- and thankful we came here, to get phenomenal service, since 1 part was on back order nation wide for awhile. KB even vacuumed our very messy flooring, in the van, from our many littles getting in and out; which I’m thankful and touched that they did that. Was very kind, to let me leave most of the littles in their waiting room, when picking our van up, so I could unbuckle car seats from the rental, and back into our van. Our kiddos are very well behaved- even for being so young, and I’m just thankful the staff didn’t mind them there, waiting patiently for me to finish fastening the car seats. Not everyone understands that our kiddos are social introverts, and that they know how to be well behaved in serious moments, unlike others. Glad the staff saw that, and allowed for them to wait inside for me. Not many look kindly at bigger families, but they didn’t seem to mind at all.

The van runs much smoother too, besides the great detail work done on the back.

Was a great experience! I am visiting family this week and one of my taillights had gone out. They told me to come in and they fixed me up and sent me out the door with a cup of coffee, very affordable as well. I would recommend to anyone!

I recently got my car back after hitting a deer that ended up with an estimate upwards of $5,000 in damages. I have never been so pleased with work that's been done on my car. It might actually look better now than before I hit the deer lol. Beautiful job, great service speed, very communicative, and super friendly. I would recommend KB to anyone who ever needs body work done.
