Work van's transmission was failing very bad, they had it fix very fast and explained everything that had happened and showed me all the damaged parts and what caused all the problems. Will refer anyone I know to the wonderful shop.

Ok, this is a review about their customer service. We were stranded in Tomah after having a major tire issue on our 5th wheel camper as we were traveling cross country. A police officer who knows the owners called them to see if there was anything they could do to help. They offered us their property to camp and access to tools that would be needed. After spending more than 24 hours in a parking lot of a auto parts store we were on our way home. Thank you for the offer to help, it definitely made an impression on us. Thank you!

Absolute life savers! They are so kind and generous. The metal covering the oil pan on our civic wasn't properly put back from an oil change at another shop and started dragging on the highway. They fixed us up real fast and sent us on our way even though they looked like they had other projects going on.

Definitely recommend coming here to get your work done on your vehicle. I've brought both of my vehicles here for major issues and they were willing to work on it no problem. The staff is nothing but nice to you through the whole process as well which makes it a pleasant experience. The work is quality and they back their product. This is the kind of shop that tells you what you truely need and the options you have, instead of trying to talk you into replacing things that are in working order to just get a paycheck. They try their best to get you in and out so the wait time is minimal. I will definitely be using this shop as my go to for any future repairs.

Just love the service. Very helpful and friendly. They are here to help you and educate you on your vehicle, they just don't want to take your money and out the door you go, they actually care. We are new to the area and needed brake work done. They came up on Google as 5 stars so I made an appointment. I am a skeptic when it comes to auto repair as I have dealt with a few hacks in the past. Car diagnosed, parts came in and car was fixed. Very knowledgeable and professional, clean and no nonsense. The price was very reasonable. I will 100% be back.

Around Christmas 2017 I was driving to NY from SD and my transmission went. I was in a rough situation and I stumbled upon them and saw all the great reviews. I had my car towed to them and granted in light of the holidays it was hard to get it done right away but as soon as things had settled down they got it in first thing and did a phenomenal job getting it repaired as fast as they could. They were great highly recommended

Awesome Place! Awesome People! Had trouble with my car while traveling through Tomah, called several shops in town they were nothing but rude to me, then I called CJ's Transmission and the young lady on the phone was so professional and courteous. She told me that I could bring my car out and we could take a look at it, if it wasn't a major repair they could get it fixed right away. From the time I arrived until the time I left, both Chad and Bridget were awesome! They got my car fixed right away- it was something minor and back on the road! Highly recomend!

Originally from Rochester, our Jeep broke down while visiting Sparta, Wisconsin. CJ's was great to work with from the start, getting the vehicle towed to their shop and fixing it for a reasonable price. They were very responsive and easy to work with from such a distance. If we lived in the area we would definitely bring our cars here again.

I recently had to do a cross country move for the Navy and after about a week of driving across the country, the transmission in my wife's truck gave out. Ended up calling CJ's and him and his wife took care of our family. We ended up having to leave the truck and boat she was towing. While it was there the cover ended up ripping and Chad replaced without being asked or charging me for it. When he wasn't done at his estimated time due to a faulty part, he called and let me know and even offered to pay the fee to change my flight for the next week. Knowing that i was headed to South Carolina right after picking up the truck, Chad wouldn't let it go until it was perfect so he know I would make it safe and sound. I know many shops across this country would have just sent me out the door once the job was done even if it wasn't 100%. I would highly recommend CJ's to anyone and everyone. CJ Transmissions did an excellent job on our 2003 Chevrolet Suburban. They went above and beyond, and did such a thorough job their work increased our gas mileage by 4 mph. I strongly recommend CJ's to my family, friends and anyone else who needs service. Thank you, guys.

CJs did an excellent job replacing my wheel bearings and spark plugs on my 2006 Chevrolet Trailblazer. They also ordered and installed tires on my boat trailer. I plan on having them do all future work on my vehicles.

I’m not local, and I stopped here due to a rattle in my car while passing through town. Super nice folks. They looked at my car right away. They even accommodated my dogs while we waited. Highly recommend!
