Oakwood House

I went here looking for yarn. Not only did I find an amazing selection of yarn and accessories but a ceramic shop too. The very kind lady and gentleman helped me and family and made us feel amazingly welcome. I found a cute tea set while looking around and with an anniversary coming up my hubby decided to have a set painted for me. She did an amazing job!!! I love them so much. I chose the colors I liked and told her what I was kinda looking for not giving her much to go on. She did amazing!! Every time she had us come in to look at something to make sure it was what I would like, everyone was inviting and so sweet. I love this place and hope to get back to it as soon as I can again.

I love this yarn store! I have only been in here once, but, I do plan to go back again! Has lots of different kinds of yarn and is very friendly! Also has good prices for the yarns! :)

Wonderful selection of yarn!

I was very glad to find a yarn shop while we were staying in the area. The staff were nice and it had a laid back feel. There were lots of sample projects to explore. They had many brands of acrylic, cotton, and blends. There was not a lot of pure wool at the time. I liked the selection of handmade buttons.
