Stayed at house in the woods for a group retreat and absolutely loved it! Very clean facility, friendly staff, clean linens and fantastic communal spaces we rented out for a private event! Would stay at house in the woods again :)

Stayed there for school musical club's retreat for one night. Because we need a big space for the rehearsal, their Vittum Lodge is perfect. Our club has been using this facility for many years because their facilities are always well maintained and clean. The price is also very reasonable compared to similar places. Staffs are also responsive and friendly too, answering our questions smoothly before our visit. Highly recommend to a group for camping, bonding, retreat, etc.

I came to House in the Wood for a retreat with a large student group, and our experience couldn't have been better! The facilities were clean and located right on the lake, so very picturesque. The management is friendly and incredibly helpful. I highly recommend House in the Wood for a weekend getaway!

Had an amazing time on a retreat there - multiple spaces for big groups to gather, and the cabins stayed nice and warm despite it being a very cold/windy night out. The staff is also very responsive! Highly recommend.

Beautiful and serene spot with nice and clean facilities. Has multiple areas for groups to get together and is perfect for a large gathering. Location is right by the lake but very close to downtown

hi! I used to go here every year since I was in the squirrels cabin, it’s so fun and a genuine great experience for your kids! I miss everyone there including the pretty girl with the beautiful brown curly hair, she was so nice and helpful! Can’t want to go back!!

Went here for a retreat with my business school and was instantly ~bonded~ but the beautiful woods and cozy cabins. Would recommend!

HITW is such a fun experience, I remember from when I was in the squirells and owls cabin it's so much fun! You get to do all kinds of activities and meet new people while doing so.

Such a beautiful place with a wonderful and caring staff! The location is well maintained and so relaxing-- you can tell just how much the staff loves and cares for the camp. They were clean and consistent about COVID protocols. I'll definitely be back here and highly recommend!

My House In The Wood experience was..AWESOME I love it sooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo much. It was so different to what I do on a daily basis I miss it already we just left some hours ago today. I really miss it it’s better than where I live/stay 😤😫😫😭
