My daughter was getting married , and called to see if I could check in , extremely early. They did not only accommodate me , but were extremely helpful and supportive.
The room was immaculate , perfect , and cozy !

Exactly what I would expect for a Quality Inn. It was clean and quiet. It has a nice indoor pool and breakfast is included. We stayed 2 weeks in a row (one night each) On our second stay the air conditioning was not working in our room but they happily gave us a different room as soon as I told the man at the front desk and we didn't have any other issues. Great place to stop for the price.

Nice and clean, extraordinarily quiet, comfy bed too!! The water pressure in the shower was refreshingly high (we joked that it felt like we were being thrown around in the ocean), and breakfast was great!! Would happily stay here again.

Great place for a good night's sleep on a budget. Clean room, very friendly staff, and quiet environment. Located on a dead end road, there is no traffic and besides a little noise from the highway that runs near the hotel, it is a nice quiet place to stay. Generous space in the room we stayed in and bed was super comfortable. Pool was closed while I was here but appeared to be receiving maintenance. May also have been closed for maintenance because of the current virus situation. No complaints of any kind. Would absolutely stay here again.

The staff is amazing. The older gentleman, i can't remember his name but very tall, is just the best. Great interaction with the guests. Clean spacious rooms. Comfortable beds. Showers are very nice. Was hard finding the ice machine. But the continental breakfast made up for that. Great selection of food.

Rooms were spacious, clean and comfortable. Bathrooms were also nice although the tub lacked a slip mat. The complementary breakfast had a variety of food choices, however the eggs and sausage were cold. Overall it was a pleasant stay and I would highly recommend it.

Great team. Arrived almost 11pm. Got a good deal on a room with 2 beds. Big room. Also had fold out sofa. Nice pool downstairs. Elevator works and was quick. Stairs at each end of building. Shower head was great and tub long. Plenty of hot water. Good wifi. Breakfast was ok but no waffle batter this morning. Big tv. Cable has financial networks.

My mom is staying there due to hurricane. They are the best and have been really good to her on how long she's staying because she doesn't know when electric and water will come on at their home in Florida . Staff friendly!

We stayed in 3 Quality Inns on our vacation. This one was the best by far. From the moment I called Navin was very helpful and assisted me to get the best rate. When we got to the hotel, he was very pleasant. The room was clean and the bed very comfortable. The pillows were very comfy. Spacious room. The pool looked very inviting, but we were too tired. The breakfast was tasty with a variety of options. The hall carpet could use a cleaning. Checkout was smooth.

We had great experience here. Staff is friendly and rooms were clean.

Biggest rooms in La Grange KY , have great event space with Indoor heated pool and Fitness Center . Complete all in one stop in La Grange KY

All amenities five star especially the people. But do know if you sleep on the interstate side that i-71 is extremely busy. That includes all night long. Heard a lot of interstate noise all night long. Don't know how a hotel can fix that

The Hotel was very nice, I was VERY IMPRESSED!!. I have complaints at just about EVERY hotel I stay at!! This 1 the only thing I can say is they could use a few updates in the rooms. The trim is missing in a few of the rooms, (with little children) I would be a little concerned just incase my autistic son was to try and put it in his mouth if he was playing on the floor... He wasn't with me at this stay but I look for future places to return to. In there defense with covid-19 it is almost IMPOSSIBLE for anyone to do updates right now!! The staff including Mrs.Shah&Husband, Ms. Michelle and Asst. Manager Heather they were all VERY IMPRESSIVELY kind and friendly. We will definitely be back if we are in the area!!!

The breakfast was amazing. Waffles, sausage and so much more. The hotel was filled to capacity but the woman running the breakfast was on top of it. The bed was comfortable. The sheets were soft. It was a quiet nights sleep

Nice low cost hotel. My room was clean and easy to get to. The staff were all friendly and helpful. It came with a complementary breakfast that was good. I would highly recommend this hotel.

I've stayed at the Comfort in La Grange and stayed at the Quality for the stay 2 nights get one night free promotion. I have to say, I really liked staying at Quality too. I love the indoor pool and always getting a suite since all the rooms are suites!

After traveling for 12 hours we found the staff friendly and treating us like family! The rooms were clean and comfortable. Thank you for the tasty breakfast in the morning! Job well done!!

We had a very pleasant experience at the Quality Inn! The room was clean and the breakfast was just what we needed! The best thing about our stay was the wonderful man who checked us in, Harold! He was so funny, friendly and helpful.
