Pilot Travel Center

This is a very nice travel plaza,very clean from coffee station all the way to showers with very friendly staff,hot and fresh food (fuel pumps area can use some cleaning/upgrades)
Store is very well supplied and organized.

Large Pilot with many parking spaces and friendly employees ... awesome 👍

Love this place. Stop here on the way out of town. very clean and huge selection of food and other items needed to travel. Employees are very professional and friendly. The bathrooms were very pretty with the décor and clean. There's a Subway inside also they provide showers and other hot foods as well.

Amazing truck stop they understand we are truckers. Ain’t no beauty contest here to fit in. Definitely will keep coming back like staff and parking is amazing 🤩. Great overall. They upholding the pilot name with positive attitudes.

The Young girl with brown hair and tattoos on her arms was Very very customer experience focused because that girl working the restaurant section was one of the most helpful and genuine Service employees I have interacted with in as long as I can remember. Enough so I made a point to leave every review, I hope her attitude and candor are noticed and appreciated because she went above and beyond. I accidentally ordered the wrong item,and she Refused to allow me to just accept the sandwich and remade it for me, and was very sociable and walked me and my purchases out to my car, so I would not have to make two trips. Thank you :-)

At 6 pm this truck stop is full but across the street there is a "love shop", where I parked. So i basically walked from out there to use this pilot. Clean restrooms. McDonald's inside.

Stopped here on our way to NYC

Cleanest station I've stopped at in a long time!! Wasn't traveling with a little one this time, but I really like the new changing table concept in the restroom, much safer than the fold out kind. I'll stop here on my way back home.

Pretty clean for a truck stop

This is the halfway point between my home and my family's home and I've made this my designated rest stop. The store is so clean and sells all kinds of things, some useful and some just for fun. Bathrooms are clean, there are showers and laundry. There's so much food. The attached McDonalds is always clean and fast. Everyone is friendly.

Hands down cleanest showers I've ever seen at a truck stop. The staff are all very polite and chipper. Not to mention I hate fast food but the McDonald's here is very clean and the employees are very polite. I didn't think twice and I wasn't disappointed. You can tell that everyone here takes pride in their work. This is going to be my new "go to" when ever I'm back in the area.

You can eat here and get gas too!!

I was greeted by a 100% displayed Board of Health certificate at the front door! In side was clean, spacious and bright with friendly associates. Coffee was great! I have added this location to my favorites when I come through the area again. Worth my stopping.

Safe lot for cars and trucks. Clean store and bathrooms, helpful and very friendly staff. Will be sure to stop anytime I'm in the area. Shout out to the awesome dude at the front counter who helped the girl with blue and purple hair so she could have a coffee...

Excellent experience very friendly staff easy access off the interstate in and out. Family oriented clean restrooms and fairly priced merchandise. although gasoline and diesel prices are a little bit higher than most local gas stations they have much more to offer from food to store merchandise such as clothing and even automotive parts.

I only made it downstairs. But the downstairs was clean the coffee was good and the man was willing to run upstairs to grab me extra packs of cigarettes which were a great deal I believe the Pall Malls were $4.30 a pack. I will be back. The night man at the fuel desk was super friendly and willing to help, thank you.

Their gas tends to be cheaper than other gas stations. They have a nice variety of snacks and drinks. They also appear to have their shelves stocked, which is always nice. They have electronic accessories too. Their bathrooms are always clean

Very friendly staff, bathrooms are clean and open bay so no entry door to worry about a handle (OCD peeps) . The store has a lot to offer but expect to pay a little more due to the convenience. The area is spacious and they have gas where the diesel tanks are located, which is great for trucks pulling trailers or RV's that are not diesel. Just be careful because something is going on with the concrete at the middle pump.
