Bento Café

Five stars for Bento Café? More like five stars for turning my taste buds into ninjas! Seriously, their sushi rolls are like little flavor explosions in my mouth, and their bento boxes have more variety than a sitcom marathon. I think I’ve found my new happy place, and it’s shaped like a bento box. Can’t wait to go back and indulge in another round of deliciousness!

We got the sesame crusted tuna, crazy roll, dancing roll and red dragon roll. The sesame crusted tuna and the crazy roll were our favorites! Will definitely order that again. We still liked the other two rolls but will probably try some of their other good looking offers rather than order them again next time.
The mixed salad is very good. All their salad is served with a yummy ginger salad dressing, definitely recommend!
My boyfriend comes here for lunch for their bento boxes and also really enjoys those.
It got busy starting at 6 pm so we had a bit of a wait for our sushi, but it was worth it :)

I LOVED vegetarian meal they were able to arrange it for me. The service was fabulous - they were attentive to my dietary requirement. I picked Basil Bento Dinner Box - they customized sushi role with avocado & cucumber, vegetable mix, white rice, veg rolls, miso soup, rice and sauce. It was DELICIOUS and I was VERY FULL. I plan to visit again.

Wow! Love the place. The service is friendly and patient. The sushi chefs look like they take pride in their creations, and have all the right to do so! The food is absolutely amazing.

Really delicious food! They have some of the best unagi (eel) and best orange chicken we've ever had. The atmosphere was very pleasant and all of the servers were nice. It seems like a great place to work and go to lunch or dinner. And if you like cheesecake, get the big cheese Brule! Definitely coming back!

Great atmosphere and food is amazing. Service is always excellent. I didn't think anyone could make chicken fried rice stand out as well as they do.

My husband introduces place to me he has been going for years. Never had a bad experience the food is always perfect. I get the bento box because I can't eat fish, he gets sushi/sashimi.

This was a great spot. Lots of options, and very attentive staff. I will be back.

Yooo, I’m so glad I tried this place! I ordered the red curry bento box with tofu and it was delicious. It was fun and filling to have a wide variety of food. I ordered online, pickup was quick and efficient. I’ll definitely be going back!

I’ve now also tried General Tso’s and it’s also good!! Most recently I tried the Basil dinner box with tofu and it wasn’t as good as the other things I’ve tried - something tasted fruity in the entree which I wasn’t a fan of.

Always great food, sushi boat highly recommend, food fast and fresh if you have not been here yet absolutely worth it .

Best in Hamilton county hands down. You can't find another place that puts as much attention to detail in every dish.

There I was, driving down Cumberland Road, thinking, "I wouldn't mind some sushi about now," and the Mrs. (who doesn't eat sushi on principle) - pointed out this sushi-serving restaurant! So she went shopping at Aldi's while I went sushi-hunting. This is a one-quick-visit review, so don't put a lot of weight on it - but I thought the Bento Cafe was a nice place, aesthetically - and the sushi was well-composed and quite tasty.

Bento Cafe has some of the best sushi and service in central Indiana. All the rolls are fresh and delicious; being prepared just to the back of the restaurant for everyone to see. I would also recommend getting their hot tea (it’s amazing)

It really isn't as fancy as some of the posted pics would imply. Most folks in jeans and sweatshirts. Food was good, not outstanding. Service was outstanding, staff wonderful.

This place is awesome. My husband and I always purchase the Bento box entree dinners which come with a wide variety of food to try. You pick a main entree. This entree fills a nice part of the bento box. Then they add potstickers, crab rangoon, sushi, a spring roll. Awesome tasting!! One of our favorites. Service good too.

The first thing I noticed when we walked in was the atmosphere. They sat us very quickly and took our drink and appetizer order promptly. The food came in large portions and tasted delicious! My daughter did not like what she ordered so they made her something else, no questions asked and didn't even charge us for the first plate. The service was wonderful. We will definitely come back when we're in town.

Love the bento boxes and the fact that they’re willing to be flexible to change things out for vegetarian options!
