I went today to surprise the love of my life and Miranda was there to help me and find what I needed, i did not felt like she was pushing me or showing me unrealistic prices, i told her what I wanted and what i was looking for and she took the better part of an hour to help me and be patient and answered all my inquiries so I was very happy with the results and my wife dropped some tears after she saw the results

Lora was very thorough on checking and cleaning my ring. We ended up looking at purchasing a simple ring and Cindy was very helpful. There was never any pressure or sales pitch but she did let us know that the sale they had going on was ending today. Lora was so sweet to our kids while we were completing our purchase with Cindy.

Amazing! The sales staff is always welcoming and friendly. Cindy Zimmerman (store manager) has worked with me on creating two rings from stones from rings I owned. She is fabulous. She listens, gives input and creates. Never any pressure, makes it fun. Patience is a virtue and she’s got it! Thank you Cindy!!

Cindy was amazing! My fiancé and I came in to look at getting my ring reset into a new band and Cindy walked us through every option and helped us find something we both loved. Amber is amazing! They were able to find my purchase and get us taken care of us. The Lafayette store was unable to help us the hour and half drive is so worth it to have amber to assist! I will make the drive again for anything jewelry related for Kay’s in Lebanon with Amber! She deserves 10 stars!!!!
