Kittle's Furniture - Castleton

Overall a great experience purchasing a new mattress from Kittle’s. We worked primarily with Rex who was new to Kittle’s but not the industry. He was extremely knowledgeable about their products and showed us multiple options. We also worked with Stan who was also very knowledgeable and both were extremely helpful and even worked late so we could have time to look at all options and make our decision. A big thank you to both Rex and Stan for being so patient and helpful. We will definitely buy from Kittle’s again!!

Cyndi Warden is just a pleasure to work with! So knowledgeable and friendly. She listens intently and comes up with great suggestions. She works the floor effortlessly and knows each manufacture inside and out. Very thorough! Would highly recommend her to anyone looking for furniture.

After visiting 4 other furniture stores, Haley Smith was a blessing. She was such a kind sales consultant, very knowledgeable and patient. I knew when I left she sold me on a Tennessee Custom sofa at a great price. I’m so excited and would recommend anyone to visit her.

Had the pleasure of working with Shelly to help us pick out a dining room table. She was very helpful, patient, and worked with me over a few day span. I went elsewhere to make sure I found what I really wanted and Shelley was always at the back of my mind because she took the time to teach me about different woods, construction quality. I’m excited to receive my custom built table that will be an heirloom piece where beautiful memories will be made.

Jane Keeler is amazing… If you want good service and a good listener and wonderful Furniture is it Kittles and ask for Jane. Eric and the rug department is also amazing… I would recommend getting rugs from him. It’s nice to be able to see and actual product

Excellent selection and super supportive sales staff. If you’re going in without knowing exactly what it is you what, these guys can really help you find what you were shopping for. The sales rep really helped us select the mattress we couldn’t find elsewhere. He also got us the best pricing for the best product. It didn’t cost us anymore to shop at the best furniture dealer in central Indiana. We were two hours from home but well worth the time and energy..

We were greeted as we came into the store. The salesperson took us to the item we were looking for. We were given the options as to what was in stock or special order. We weren’t pressured to buy “right now” but were told when the sale ended. After shopping multiple stores, we decided to return and special order what we wanted

It had been quite sometime since I had been in the store. I was very pleased with the expertise and excellent service that David West provided. I was also appreciative of the employee who greeted me when I walked into the store. She was very inviting and aptly directed me to where the rocker recliners were located, which I did end up purchasing.

Once again, Kittle’s proved their superiority in having a great selection and beat prices of other furniture businesses! This time, we walked into the Allisonville Rd store. We were greeted by Haley, a super sweet and knowledgeable young lady who was awesome! I told her what I was looking for and she began walking us around the store. And, BINGO- I found exactly what I was looking for at the most reasonable price of the 3 stores I shopped at! Soon, our entire house will be full of Kittles only furniture!!

Our purchase experience with Steve Schultz was a great one. We haven't received our delivery yet, but Steve helped us find what we needed and patiently let us shop without standing over us or being pushy. It was a great experience!

I went to Kittle’s Furniture looking for mattresses for my king size adjustable bed and I was helped immediately. Brian Helmerick came to assist me right away. He showed me the I Comfort 30 Firm mattress which was exactly what I wanted in 2 Twin XL Mattresses for my bed. Thank you Brian for all your asistance! The store is GREAT!

We worked with Steve Schultz in the mattress area. We were looking for an adjustable bed frame for our son. We did not need a mattress. Our son’s mattress was only 3 years old, and we had purchased it from Kittle’s. We just needed a basic adjustable frame, no bells or whistles, and Steve was able to deliver. He will be sleeping on his new bed frame tonight!! Thank you Steve.

Mary did a terrific job of listening to understand our needs and then showing us only what we wanted vs. selling us unnecessary things. She was quick to lock-in our selection and coordinate shipping.

Brenda D. helped me on my trip and was wonderful! Allowed me time to browse but would check in from time to time to see if I needed anything. When I finally found what I needed she helped with a smooth purchase process. Love the chairs we got!
