My husband and I were looking for a specific trim/color of the 4Runner. Craig Toyota was one of the few dealerships in the Midwest that had it - at a very attractive price point. My husband communicated with Tim Jones (salesman) and they were able to take care of all the paperwork even before we made the drive from Michigan. The day of - we drove to the dealership to pick up the car. One thing that stood out was the customer service and honesty of the whole team. We had worked with Tim Jones and Tim Williams (finance manager). They went above and beyond to help us navigate the out-of-state purchase. Even after the purchase, they were readily available to help with any questions we had. The only downside is this dealership is 5 hours away, otherwise we would be doing our maintenance and sending all of our friends here. Thank you Craig Toyota!

It was an easy choice to go to Craig Toyota as they offered the best price for our new Camry, along with their lifetime power train warranty. And to top it off, our sales person Bill Sullivan was great to work with; he’s honest and extremely knowledgeable and didn’t push us at all.

Great place to buy. Total time at the dealer was less than 40 minutes including the test drive. We will definitely be back.

He immediately made me feel like a long time customer. I drove down and bought the truck I had been looking for. Mark was a pleasure to deal with. I received fair value for my trade, making it worth the trip!! The employees are professional and super nice. Overall this was the best car buying experience I have ever had (owned 10 new cars). I would send my elderly mom there alone to buy from Craig Toyota.

We recently purchased a Toyota RAV4 from this dealer. Greg Sanders was the salesman we worked with and we could not recommend him more. We spoke with multiple dealers in our area and most would not even call us back to gain information on the vehicle we were looking for. Greg was in constant contact with me and let me know everything that was going on. He accommodated our schedule as far as the pick up went and made sure to have all paperwork completed prior to arriving at the dealer so the process was quick and smooth. Craig Toyota redeemed my faith in the car industry. I was treated with more than respect and regard; it was dignity and kindness. After not 1 but 2 very different experiences in Cincinnati, I choose to make the drive to Madison. I am very glad I did. We received a very good price on our trade-in. The process was easy. We had a great experience at Craig Toyota. Mark was a wonderful low-pressure sales rep which made us feel comfortable buying from him. We never questioned honesty. He even facilitated having a safety recall completed before we took possession of our vehicle. When we went to leave our vehicle didn't start which was frustrating but they replaced the battery the next day and Hannah even arranged to have our vehicle delivered to us. It was so sweet of her to be concerned with scheduling around the time I pick my kids up from school. The entire process made car buying much less stressful. We live an hour from Craig Toyota but we will be back in the future.

I like the lifetime powertrain warranty on less than 70,000 miles and less than 7 years old. I don't like the high prices but I guess that's just 'the way it is' with 'things in general'. I've finally 'come around' to the realization that it may be better to buy a Toyota made in Georgetown, Kentucky than my Chevrolet (HHR) made in Mexico...

Purchased a new Rav4 and had a great buying experience with Bill Sullivan and Craig Toyota. More than fair with the trade in value of my previous Rav4 and excellent communication with Bill during the time from ordering to building the vehicle to departure to delivery. Purchased a 2014 RAV4 here last week. Got a very good deal in todays market, and was greeted with fast and professional service. Great people here, will recommend anyone looking for a new/used vehicle to shop here!

I was in town visiting friends when I suddenly had a misfiring engine. Even with only one technician, they were able to get my vehicle in and fixed within 2 hours. They even repaired the passenger side rear view mirror that had come out of the housing but was still attached. Great job Jerry and crew.

Ever since we purchased our 1st vehicle at Craig Toyota over a decade ago, we’ve always come back to them for all of our auto service and purchasing needs. The staff is very friendly and we’ve built a great relationship over the years. The Service department specifically has been good to us by keeping great communication about remedies when we bring issues to them and they don’t try to pressure or scare you into buying parts/getting other services you don’t need. We plan to continue doing business with Craig Toyota and don’t see a need to go anywhere else.

The best dealer I worked with hands down. Amazing customer service and the best deals around. I drove over an hour to save $3,000 on a brand new 4Runner TRD PRO when all the dealers in OH and KY told me discounts don’t happen. Worked all the numbers out online with Greg, the sales manager. I was in and out within an hour. All the staff were also friendly and they will continue to get my business and I will recommend them to anyone looking for a new car.

Tim Jones is the man to go see! He was able to get me a new Tacoma, when no one else could. All the dealerships in Cincinnati, were rude and blew me off. Craig Toyota was the complete opposite. I was in and out of the dealership in 30 minutes, when I picked up the truck. No run around and no BS! If they were closer to Cincinnati, I would take my truck there for everything. I will defiantly be back to purchase a vehicle!
