The day I picked it up from his garage it would barley start and hardly run. Once at home I noticed oil in the radiator again, I called Carol and told him I wanted my money back in the amount of $420.00 and he informed me to call my lawyer! What a BAFOON! he was unable to set valve lash on my 19 HP tractor, left parts off my tractor and also went over the $300.00 I told him was the max budget for this repair.
