Scott has been so amazing throughout our home buying process. He showed so much patience with us as we tailored our needs for what we wanted in a home. His schedule was flexible which worked amazing with our crazy schedule. He was great with our 2 children that came with us to each showing. His sense of humor along the way made the process fun and enjoyable. But most of all, he never pressured us, and even told us not to rush into buying anything. He helped us wait until we found JUST what we wanted and needed. Scott is wise and very knowledgeable in the real estate industry and we would 100% recommend him for any home buying or selling needs.

Scott is an amazing agent. He helped us find our first home back in 2014 and we decided to use him again at the end of 2018 to sell it.
We needed to sell our house before moving to a new city and Scott made the whole process go smoothly. He’s very knowledgeable and professional; he was always available and accommodating to our busy schedules as a family of 4 (with 2 active toddlers); he walked us through all the details and paperwork needed and we were able to sell the house very quickly and at a fair price at a time where the market was slowing down.
We certainly appreciate his tips and also his personality which took out a lot of stress.
We cannot recommend him highly enough and will definitely use his services again if we move back to the Midwest.

Scott is a very knowledgeable agent. As first time home buyers, we were afraid of a hard and painful search but he made it smooth and explained the whole process to us. He is really efficient and reliable. He helped us define exactly what we were looking for and managed to find a house we loved in a couple of weeks, getting the essence of what was most important for each of us (which was a long list of requirements!) He was always available and worked with us even during late hours or weekends. He knows the business and guided us towards a house we are extremely happy with. He also knows about carpentry and structures and has a keen eye for details. He will help you foresee any possible problems with your prospective home and can refer you to several professionals to do the inspection and/ or reparations necessary. As a plus, Scott has a great sense of humor and is very approachable; we really appreciated it after a long day at work and looking at homes with our one year old. We absolutely recommend him and will contact him in the future if we plan on selling or buying a house. (2014)

Scott has been absolutely amazing to work with! He walked us through the purchase of a new build from the ground up along with the sale of our current home. He answered every question and concern, prepared us for every aspect, and educated us along the way. He advocated for us with issues that arose with building and helped guide us through that. He listened every time we had a complaint or frustration and gave us sound advice. I wish we had met Scott for the purchase of our first home!
