I just love this shop. I won’t take my vehicle any where else. They talk you through each any everything they do. They answer all my questions. Oh, and a big one, they don’t rip you off! I will ALWAYS recommend them! The owners are super involved and just amazing!!

Been here multiple times. Easy to work with. So far almost every time the total of the job was less than the quote. Josh was easy to talk to and explained what could be done. Will definitely return as a customer.

Visited to inquire about a job price quote on my truck, but it turns out I didn't require it. Appreciate it when mechanics are truthful and genuinely assist instead of attempting to scam. I own multiple vehicles, and when the need arises (which it will soon), these guys will be my first choice. Thanks for the honesty and ethical approach. You never know who owns more than one vehicle.

Josh is very knowledgeable and trustworthy! Guys are hard working and do numerous jobs from small projects to engines and transmissions!

Josh and his crew are amazing. They take the time to diagnose the issue, use quality parts to make the repairs, give you a written explanation of everything that was done and they stand behind their work. The best thing is they are locally owned and operated, not just another corporate owned money machine. I tell everyone I know to go there for any repair work they might need!

Josh as done repairs of my car for a decade. My father is on a fixed income and was unsure who to trust with his older truck and just took such good care of him. My dad couldn't be any more happy with the service. I couldn't recommend these guys enough.

Wednesday (8/3/22) was my second experience with Emerald Automotive. They repaired my AC, replaced a faulty O2 sensor, did front and back brakes, replaces 3 tires and tire sensors. They did amazing!!! My car drives like new. It is also wonderful to have AC in the car. They were professional and called me as repairs were being done. I added the tires, back brakes and tire sensors. And it was no problem. I wanted it all knocked out. They were so helpful and quick.

My first experience another shop had said I needed a timing chain. I left my car with them. They diagnosed and found out my car only needed spark plugs. They did the repair my car needed not what someone else said was needed.

Great mechanic, great service, reliable, affordable and dependable. Five stars are not enough.

I would give them 10 stars if I could! The cost was 1/3 of the price compared to another estimate I received from another garage. Plus, they got me in the next day. Everyone was very friendly and professional. Emerald Auto Repair is definitely my new auto repair shop from now on!

When my car broke down in Blue Springs (I live in JoCo) and left me in a jam I was worried about finding an honest repair shop. I found Emerald on Google and once I got my car there they took good care of me. Josh took the time to explain what might be happening. They were fast, friendly and honest. I much appreciate them getting me back on the road.

This is by far the most professional, responsive place I have ever brought my vehicle. They are so honest in communication, informative, friendly and way more than anyone could ask for when it comes to auto repair. They get to the bottom of any issue and will go above and beyond to find a solution. They have made my experience easy and effortless and we will never take our cars elsewhere. Josh changed a water pump on my 2016 Explorer. Great work, about 1/3 of the price that Ford quoted. Went back later for oil change. Work done on time and much less expensive for a full synthetic oil change than everyone else. 5 stars.

I went there last month to get my car inspected and fix what was needed. I won't take my vehicle anywhere else.. ever!! My car has just under 300,000 miles on it! (I am an RN who worked a lot of hospice and home health cases over the years).

Called their shop because one of our vans was broken into. Josh was able to source the parts to repair the ignition locally, and complete all of the repairs in the time quoted. Final invoice also did not exceed the estimate.

Very friendly fun family. Fixed my car same day which was great because I was traveling.

I had a great experience at Emerald. I walked in and was greeted immediately and with a friendly attitude. Some auto shops make you feel like your doing them a favor by being there. My oil change was done before I could even get comfortable I was shocked. Oh, most important the price was comparable.
