Love this gym the familiar faces and the staff goes beyond to make all the members feel comfortable and Tina goes hard every time she's here cleaning non stop! Highly recommend this gym!

If you want a gym where you can feel at home, this is it! Aaron the owner is very kind and helpful. Leslie is always on top of keeping everything clean and she’s so friendly. This gym has everything you need whether you want to lift a lot or go in for cardio. It’s always clean, in a good location, and even when there are a lot of people there it doesn’t feel crowded.
I moved away, but if I would have stayed in the area I would be a member here forever. The BEST gym with the BEST people!

My entire family have been members for a year and a half and we absolutely love it!!! We have belonged to a few different gyms over the years and this is by far our favorite!!! We all have different goals so we all require different workouts, they have everything we need and more! It's always extremely clean and it's so convenient because you can go anytime of the day, and my personal favorite thing is the staff and the owner are so friendly and supportive of you and celebrate your success with you!!! If you are looking for a great place to workout and hit your goals this is the perfect place to go, you will not be disappointed!!!

I have been using this gym for over a year. I love the atmosphere. The staff is great and work hard to keep the gym clean and safe for the members. I love the classes offered. There are many different options for working out. I have also been working with a personal trainer. He is great and knows what he is doing. The owner is very personable and cares about his members. The only ever so small thing I would like is to have more hand weights.

My son and I have had a wonderful experience with trainers Aaron and Leslie! We have seen weight loss, body transformation, healthier mindsets and habits since joining AF! We highly recommend.

I really enjoy coming to this gym! Always clean and organized. Everyone is friendly and smiling. Any problems or questions i have they are happy to help with. I’ve been getting training sessions with Ashleigh and she is awesome! I highly recommend this gym!

Excellent experience, very clean equipment, newer equipment and a good selection to choose from 2 showers (very large) clean bathrooms. Spoke to a staff member on the phone she was very friendly and answered my question with no problem, definitely will use this gym again when in town.

I think it's a great gym! Everything you need to get a great workout and the ability to workout outdoors too, because of the locale.
