Seth, Tommy and Jesse are great! They got me in and out in about 20 minutes yesterday when my ring needed a minor repair. Such a warm and friendly staff!

Best jeweler I’ve ever been to. Went here for an engagement ring and wedding band. Seth and the team were exceptional. I’ve been to other jewelers since, and noticed they can be judgmental or even rude. Not at buchroeders. I live 2 hours away now but they still have my business.

We bought our wedding rings at Buchroeders Jewelers 11 years ago. Every time we’re in Columbia, we have our rings cleaned & checked. This time we had to have my rings resized. Seth & team did a great job increasing the size from 7 to 7.75 to fit over an arthritic knuckle. They held off polishing until we confirmed they fit in case they needed to stretch another 0.25. All worked great & now I have my rings back!

All staff at Buchroeders are friendly & respectful of the customers needs. We drive from St. Louis to go to Buchroeders & highly recommend this jeweler.

Seth and all the staff there are amazing. They all know so much about all the different types of jewelry and watches. Seth took the time and helped me design my wife's engagement ring. I also bought a diamond and sapphire necklace. I have the insurance plan on them and it's worth it as every time we go in, not only do they rake the time to clean and repair her items, but they do it for all of our jewelry even if it was purchased there or not.

Buchroeders is by far the only place I'll ever go for jewelry. If you go there, you won't be disappointed.

I lost my wedding ring Buchroeders had made for me 8 years ago. When I went in to go through the process of getting it replaced, Seth immediately made me feel at ease that I was going to get the exact ring I had before. Whether it is the small details of offering us something to drink or getting the door for us or it’s the big things like picking out the right diamond, every little attention to detail matters. That’s why I don’t shop for jewelry anywhere else.

Seth always takes great care of my jewelry needs, whether it’s helping me design a ring, or checking my jewelry and making sure repairs are done well. He’s always professional; but personable and warm- he also shares great mimosas! 🍹

Kind and knowledgeable staff, very accommodating. I didn’t purchase any jewelry but one of the pins on my Seiko watch broke (not purchased at this facility). I ended up ordering the specialty pins online and the staff at Buchroeders repaired my watch at no charge (since I supplied the parts). I will certainly be coming back here for future jewelry/watch business!

I’ve only use Buchroeder’s for minor watch services (replacing batteries and adjusting bands), but they are always very helpful, fast, and very friendly.

My fiance and I got my engagement ring and wedding bands here and could not be more pleased! Their prices are very comparable to big box jewelry stores but the service is exceptional. We had custom pieces made and rings resized, and the service was always amazing. Highly recommend!

This is a fantastic establishment. It has all the amenities one would expect from a jeweler of this caliber (great interior, complementary drinks, etc.), but where Buchroeder's excels is in customer service. I was helped by Tommy, a dashing and knowledgeable young lad, who was extremely helpful. He did a great job removing links from my watch and went the extra mile to ensure my timepiece was in the best shape it could be. He was also cordial, personable and hospitable, as were the rest of the staff. I do not plan on going to any other jeweler in Columbia, as I'm sure none will top Buchroeder's.
