Peaceful. Quiet. Walkable. This park was very nice to be able to go and just walk around the pond or sit and watch the ducks and swan or play Frisbee. It's tranquil and quiet. Even with kids playing you can still zen out if you wish.

This is a lovely park with a ton of uses. The playground itself is pretty big, so your kids might get bored after ~1 1/2 hours. There are swings (including the ones for little kids), a couple big slides, and a really nice tree for climbing. In the park, there’s a great walking/running path around the lake which is about 1/2 a mile loop (720 meters). There’s a baseball field with plates if you want to bring a bat! There are plenty of pavilions around the park, great for a birthday party, which I have had a few there. There’s a great field for flying kites/ playing soccer towards the lake, and there’s a parking lot right by it on bethel road. There are also tennis courts past the field, and they are open to public use, but tennis practice happens after high school gets our (4:15-6ish). There is also a volleyball court by the park, but it is really run down and the net isn’t straight. Overall one of the nicest parks in town with a ton to do! Have a good day everyone, and have fun!

It's a good place to bring ur family and enjoy various recreational activities such as fishing, basketball, tee ball/baseball, tennis, and there is also a sweet play ground for the little ones. Also their are tables and awnings that can be reserved for those times when family functions call for that lil extra touch of space and nature. Thanks como.

Very dog-friendly and had a wonderful playground! It was great for the kids who came to my graduation party to go do with their parents so they weren’t bored.

I spent the day playing in the park with my mom and friends and having lunch together. Chicken hamburger, dominoza, fruit, and beer party. It was an exciting and fun day.

Just a great, relaxing atmosphere! It has anything you want in a suburban park - great paths, playgrounds, picnic areas, benches...and it is clean and family-friendly.

The playground is excellent. That's not why we were there but I would definitely take my kid there. We were there to watch the sunset and discovered that there was a beautiful pond with a paved path all the way around. It was lovely to sit and watch the sunset, and we would have stayed longer if I had remembered the bug spray.

Beautiful place. In the summer, visit it early in the morning while the air is still cool.

Columbia Missouri boast several fantastic city parks and this is certainly one of them. Beautiful views on the easy hike around the pond. The path is paved so eventhough it had been raining our walk was pleasant and not muddy. The kids were enjoying the large playground as we devoured our dessert in one of the shelters on the grounds.

Cute park with 2 levels. 4 big kid swings, 2 baby swings. Many slides, some open and some covered. Monkey bars. Benches. Small sand pit. Tunnel. Several steering wheels. Big tires for climbing between levels. Also has a pond, pavilions, and a path for jogging/walking. Volleyball sand pit is overgrown with grass. There are 2 parking lots, one is nearer to the playground.

It was very pretty outside we had a picnic. We went during the sunset. It was a little dirty but that field is very very nice.

So much to do for ALL ages. Smaller slides for the kiddos just starting to walk, a great triple slide for varying ages, an amazing lake that is kept up well, and multiple sports areas make this one of the best parks in town!
