9Round Lee's Summit Raintree

I'm so happy I took this 6 week challenge! I hit my goal and lost 25lbs in 6 weeks! I've been in shape briefly before when I was younger and I've taken weight training and health and wellness/fitness classes before so I've always known what I SHOULD be doing to lose weight and be healthy, but I let depression and health issues plus a ton of excuses hold me down. I've joined the gym at my community college before and even paid for a year membership at a bigger gym a year ago only to just kind of wander around between machines until I was tired. Every time I've tried to lose weight as an adult I would either push myself too hard and hurt myself or after a month or two of little to no results I'd give up. At 9 round I started not only seeing but was also FEELING the results of eating better along with exercise by the end of the first week!

The program they have at 9 round has been what I've needed my whole life. They put me on an easy to follow meal plan that got me cooking great tasting healthy food to fuel my body. Their 30 minute workout changes everyday with trainers there to make sure you know what you are doing and who will modify an exercise on the fly to keep you engaged and working hard. My first week I was leaving sore, but after that my body quickly adjusted to this new lifestyle and I was leaving the gym wanting MORE. At 9round you feel like you are in a real community. Everyone I met at the gym has been amazing, encouraging, and helpful. I don't know what else to say. Their system for a healthier lifestyle is wonderful and easy to follow all you have to do is show up and put in the work!

Been a member since 2015, the best 30min cardio workout ever. I’m a mom with a very crazy schedule and it’s super easy to fit in 30min. The trainers are super friendly but push you to be successful. Highly recommend giving it a shot, you won’t be disappointed.

I love the flexibility of being able to drop in on my time schedule. The trainers are amazing. They are high energy, and they get to know you personally and your goals. The workouts are amazing.

I love that there isn't a designated class time. I can come when it is convenient for me. I also like that it is a quick sweat-producing workout that keeps me burning calories long after I'm done.

9Round has exceeded every expectation I could have had. The trainers make sure there is always something I can do. They work with what limitations I have and help me overcome them. They help me to value myself and prioritize my time. The physical transformation is only a part of experience. The transformation of my mind is something I didn't expect or realize how badly I needed it!

I really like the ability to start a work out on my timeframe instead of a specific start time. The trainers are helpful and provide great motivation.
