Biked from McBaine to Easely - nice bluffs along the trail, then the Missouri River. This section runs through conservation areas, plus there's a hike to an overlook (Eagle Bluff?) right off the trail.

Great place for outdoor recreation. I love walking south into the bluffs, it's truly gorgeous especially around sunset! Parking is free and vault toilets available too. Flat, gravel, dirt trail that is easy to walk, run or bike.

Excellent bike/running trail with beautiful scenery to the east or west. Cool destinations 6-10 miles in either direction... and views on the Missouri River along the way. Coopers Landing (east 6 mi), Eagle Bluffs (east 3 mi) Katfish Katy's (west 3 mi), Les Bourgeois (west 8 mi), and many cool spots right off the trail in Rocheport (west 10 mi)...Mulberry Grill is our favorite.

Great cold water at this trailhead. Around the corner Mr. Marivn Sapp 92 years old was gracious enough to let me camp on his property for the night. We talked for hours , from his service in the war to caring for his loving wife Kathleen , he is a retired mail carrier and a true gem. It was a real honor to share stories with Marvin.

The Katy is a beautiful hiking and biking trail along the "muddy" Missouri River. Very picturesque, and this section has the Perche Creek bridge, which is a very cool sight!

Great trail even for a Onewheel. Not a tan of crushed gravel, but it was fun. Charging could be an issue if you have an ebike.

Nice multi-use path wide enough for joggers, cyclists, dog walkers alike. Near Columbia, the path runs next to the Missouri River over bridges and past The Burr Oak Tree. A good access point is Katy Trail - McBain trailhead where there is parking and bathrooms.

Trail is well taken care of, plenty flat and an easy ride. It goes by the river and through the woods making a very nice ride in both summer and winter.
