Never an issue with the staff here. Scripts are always ready within a short time of being presented or sent in. Never had any mistakes or hassle. 5 stars for sure.

The whole crew are always helpful and friendly. Even with backups and people giving them grief, they still smile and are friendly.

Very good service at Walmart Pharmacy in Clinton, they check your prescriptions, and make sure you know when to take them properly..

Helpful on meds

The pharmacists and pharmacy techs are great nice and helpful. They have gone out of their way to help me . Made copies of something my work needed for my time out FMla.

They sometimes have to do the pre-auth like 3 times to accept meds thru medicaid but eventually it goes thru

The pharmacist there acts as Superior. SHE will decide if the doctor prescribed the med. for the "right" reason. Secondly, the pharmacist behaves as if you are a nuisance when you use a prescription card or compare prices. It is necessary in this economy that she likely helped create. What is this industry coming to?

This pharmacy is terrible. Wait times are incredibly long on a consistent basis. The Dr. sends the Rx in at 9 am, and I come to pick up the Rx at 5:30 pm only to be told "they're filling it now, it will be 15-20 minutes". I then wait another 40 minutes for the Rx. (That's why I have this much time to type a detailed review) I understand having to wait, and I am a very patient person, but this is not the first time this has happened. Are they that short staffed? After today, I will go longer be having my family's prescriptions filled here. I will drive a longer distance to another pharmacy. I wish I could give ZERO stars.

1) Long wait time for prescription refills.
2) Long lines for prescription pick-up
3) Pharmacy had posted hours open until 7pm but I tried to pickup prescription at 6 pm and they were closed. 4) Pharmacist refused to fill a position from an out of state doctor although they had filled the prescription for the past 6 months

Called in for a refill 4 hours before coming here stating I’d be picking it up at this time still was not ready at said time told I’d have to wait another 20 min I had another situation like this when I was having severe back pain and my doctor called in a prescription took them 5 hours to fill that one too won’t be using them again when you tell someone it’ll be ready at this time you should probably have it ready at that time
