Great service. Will continue taking our Jeep Grand Cherokee to them. Only thing that would of been better was a phone call when the Jeep was done, but service advisor was out for the day so it was just the parts guy running the shop so stuff happens!

My vehicles was totaled over New Years and the staff at Torkelsons hooked me up in the most painless way possible! Highly recommend, staff goes above and beyond to get you into a vehicle you’re happy with!

As every other interaction we have had with Torkelson Motors it was smooth and the work was done exactly as explained. The service manager was very knowledgeable and described the whole process to us. The work was exceptional and very professional.

We had a great experience at Torkelson’s in Waukon. Found the exact camper puller we wanted in tip-top shape at a good price with excellent customer service and attention-to-detail. We were in and out in an hour or so. I highly recommend Cody and this dealership.

I had been on the road for about 3-months and started hearing a couple of unique noises under the hood of my Ram 1500. Got a recommendation for Torkelson from a relative in Decorah. Made an appointment and 10 days later arrived at the dealership. The shop was ready for me and before the end of the day had diagnosed a failure in my exhaust manifold and another failure with my water pump. They had all of the parts on hand and, by the end of the day, had me ready to go. No more ticks, chirps or other troubling noises. Thank you Torkelson!

Fantastic dealership! Very friendly and helpful staff. We had our 2012 Jeep Grand Cherokee repaired and the service was great and fast. Reasonable price on the repairs and they cleaned the Jeep and vacuumed the inside. They were very helpful and professional. I highly recommend using them for your Jeep/Dodge sales and service.

Friendly and reliable. They have great mechanics who know what they are doing. My daughter and I both own Jeeps and whenever we have have an issue they quickly diagnose the problem and fix it right the first time. I purchased a Chevrolet product after owning several Chrysler vehicles. My only regret in doing so was NOT being able to have my car serviced at Torkelson Motors.

Working with Bruce and his team at Torkelson Motors was a real treat. Bruce is straight froward and honest - but in addition, he made a point of exploring what we wanted / needed in a truck. And Bruce and the Torkelson Motors' staff are friendly and courteous. I came from some distance away to purchase a truck at Torkelson Motors, because my brother-in-law recommended them - I am really glad that I did !

I highly recommend here. They did great on my tires and headlight fixture. They did all recalls great. I'll gladly bring my truck back here when I need something. I'll be going back soon for accessories for my truck.

Best customer service ever!!!! We bought a 2013 Dodge Ram at Runde Manchester with a Hemi low miles gave them the asking price for it we noticed after 24 hours the GPS didn't work and we had the warranty on the truck for 7 years a hundred thousand miles and we told him about the GPS and they would not stand behind it they would fix it for $100 deductible after we just spent $34,000 there. We took it to Waukon to the Dodge dealership there they put in a new factory stereo with GPS and did not charge us my business now has moved to Waukon for the best customer service ever!!!!
