Ceramiche Tile & Stone

I have worked with Ceramiche on several projects over the years and they always are pleasent and easy to work with. They do a great job helping clients and have a great eye for details. As a General Contractor I appreciate their team first attitude. I can't recommend them any higher than 5 stars but I would if I could!

I visited Ceramiche as they were moving into their new showroom and it is gorgeous! All of the other tile stores were so overwhelming with samples all over the place that I almost gave up on the idea of tile. Ceramiche is spacious and has tiles laid out in a way that makes sense. They even have a little kitchen area with snacks!!

They have an extensive tile selection, everything from gorgeous (although pricey) marble to lower priced (but also gorgeous) porcelain/ceramic. Prices were more than reasonable for the quality of tile and amazing service.

Best of all was Lexie who was just the sweetest, most patient angel working with our overwhelmed family. She spent so much time with us (even multiple Friday afternoons) bringing us new ideas, figuring out exactly what we wanted based on the little information we were able give her. I loved how all of the ladies there worked as a team, seeing multiple team members stop by with ideas while we were talking. Lexie was able to figure out the perfect tile combination for us and made the selection/ordering process easy, communicating with us frequently through email regarding other questions we had.

Ally was extremely helpful and took the initiative to make great suggestions.

My husband and I were looking for tile for our shower and bathroom floor. The variety of different styles and sizes of tile at Ceramiche was fantastic. The salesperson I worked with was very knowledgeable of the products and easily understood the look and style we were going for. The process couldn’t have been easier. After seeing our new bathroom everyone asks where we got such unique tile and I immediately tell them about Ceramiche! Definitely recommend.

Every once in awhile, you experience a company that is head and shoulders above the rest. Ceramiche Tile & Stone is that company. I just completed a whole house remodel and have dealt with numerous vendors in the process. I found that Ally and her staff are unmatched in their professionalism, responsiveness and attention to detail. Plus they have the greatest selection of diverse high end products that I've ever seen. Not sure why you would go anywhere else. I would give 10 stars if I could.

New showroom is amazing! The options go on forever. We have had costume and stock items that didn't disappoint.

The showroom was beautiful, there were so many different styles and colors of tile it was so hard to choose. The staff was so knowledgeable of their products, and knew exactly how to help put our dream kitchen together, I am beyond thankful. This process couldn’t have been easier. If you are doing any project that requires tile or stone, you’re not doing it right if you haven’t talked to Ally Jarvis at Ceramiche Tile and Stone. Ally is simply the best. She has an eye for home décor and what works best in any kitchen or bath. Her command and recall of the vast selection at Ceramiche is truly amazing. I’ve worked with numerous tile and stone companies/representatives during a recent home renovation and none them compare to Ceramiche and Ally. She makes the selection process easy and the procurement seamless. Seriously, if you’re doing a tile or stone project, you owe it to yourself to talk with Ally.

This place is awesome! Melissa saved us... after searching all over Pittsburgh, she sat down with us and gave us samples of tile, grout, paint, she even helped us pick out the granite. She's down to earth, and very very good at visualizing the whole design. Highly recommended! Their tile selection is incredible!

Wonderful! Wonderful! A small space but packed with treasures! Interesting tile which changes often (updating to the newest trends rather than showing the same tired stock year after year). The staff is welcoming and friendly and always remembers you by name. They make you feel like part of the family and are eager to help find that elusive item you've been searching for. Shopping here is a great experience!

Such beautiful tile at Ceramiche; I wish I had a use for more. Ally and I corresponded remotely (during these Covid times) for quite a while, exchanging thoughts, and at the end I went into the showroom. She helped me put together exactly the look I wanted.
