From my first encounter with TSE almost two years ago with the first signature on this helmet to the last and all the transactions in between, I have had nothing but great experiences and interactions.

The very first interaction, the owner of the company, Pete, called me directly to find out about my mail in item. If that alone doesn't scream customer service, I don't know what does.

Of course my helmet's guardian angel, Keri, took amazing care of it for nearly a year as it gained over 20 signatures of players. She is the true definition of customer service.

I can't wait to see what the next two helmets end up looking like that are in Keri's care! :-D

I purchased an item from TSE relating to an auction benefitting the Greater Pittsburgh Food Bank. This was a great cause, but even greater was my experience with the people at TSE. I think I own like 10 mini helmets from these guys at this point and I can't say enough great things. I've done their mystery drafts for jerseys and mini helmets on twitter and each time I get a great item. they are quick to get things sent out and communication is on point so you know exactly what to expect.

Had an issue over a gift my wife had ordered me as a Father's Day present and even though it took a couple weeks to make right and complete the transaction, TSE and their staff went above and beyond to make it right.

My first experience with TSE was to buy something small (autographed photo) for a gift with the intention to buy more gifts (if this order goes smoothly) for the holiday season. Well, the photo arrived but there was no autograph. I emailed them to voice my displeasure and called. Phone calls apparently are forwarded to voicemail. So i left a message. I then receive an email reply apologizing for the mistake and telling me to keep the erroneous shipment for my inconvenience as the actual signed photo is in the mail. Teriffic company. Very impressed!

I've never been to the physical store (once this Covid craziness is sorted, I'll be on the first plane to Pittsburgh to visit) so this review is to do solely with my online experience with TSE.

From my first order on my birthday, treating myself to a Ryan Shazier Jersey to see what the service/quality etc was like, the moment it arrived I knew this was a good choice.

Since my first purchase mid/late 2020 I've gone back over and over again to build my collection of Steelers signed merch with TSE. (If you haven't taken part in their live Facebook box breaks you're missing out!)

I now have nearly 30 mini helmets, along with signed pictures and footballs at great prices from TSE and cannot recommend this company more.

Their customer service is (as Spinal Tap would say, turned up to 11!) and I wanna give a shout out to Keri for going above and beyond many times when things may have been slightly delayed or an item went out of stock, that I was always informed, offered an alternative and always making sure my items arrived without fail!

I have done a live autograph signing through them in October that went well. I did a presale private signing for the first time. Had some questions that were answered on the process since I had not done the private signings before. Would go through with them again.

I have attended numerous TSE-sponsored in-person signings (Chris Boswell, Evgeni Malkin, Sergei Gonchar, Hulk Hogan, JuJu Smith-Schuster, James Conner, Heath Miller, et al.), and these events are always conducted in an efficient, organized, and professional manner. One of the things I like the most about TSE's in-person signing events is that they have always allowed for lean-in photos with the athlete and actually have a designated person who takes the photo for you on your phone/camera. This allows for an added keepsake from the event for the collector and does not impede the flow of the signing. In addition, TSE runs regular specials on authentic autographed sports memorabilia on its website, complete with sale items and super deals, which allows you to pick up great signed pieces at a fraction of the price. Lastly, TSE's customer service has always been very responsive and helpful. In one instance, I had an issue with my order, and upon notifying them of the problem, they contacted me right away and provided several options for a suitable remedy. I fully recommend Total Sports Enterprises for all of your sports memorabilia needs!

I received an email about their mytery box jersey sale. I was hesitant to buy, since you have no idea who you're getting. I decided not to buy, then regretted it. A little while later, they had the same sale, so I bought one and less than a week later, it arrived. When I opened it, I was pleasantly surprised when I saw a Hines Ward jersey. Sure not everyone is that lucky, but I was. I do plan on purchasing this again some time.

I have ordered several products over the last year from TSE and it has been first class all the way. They have great products that can meet any fan's need and have first class service whether you are a new customer or a long time buyer.

As a Pittsburgh fan, raised in Washington County, I truly love TSE. They are great to work with, and they have provided this fan from Delaware the opportunity to “build” my Pittsburgh sports memorabilia collection. I’ve purchased a great deal of Steelers, Pirates, and Penguins memorabilia that I will be able to enjoy as well as leave to my oldest child who is a Pittsburgh fan.

Very considerate staff. I had an issue with my order and the owner himself reached out to me. We discussed the issue and resolved it on the phone. Any company that reaches out to their customers like that deserves a 5-star rating.

This is a great shop to pick up items for whatever your favourite sport. The store is well laid out according to sport so you don't have to meander through if you don't have the time.

I had an issue with delayed shipping, but TSE customer service worked with me to make it right. Oh and they have great products!
