Wow, where do I even begin? EAT! has officially become our new favorite brunch spot! We went all out and ordered a feast, starting with their gluten-free avocado toast, which was vibrant and flavorful. The bacon, with its perfect split of jalapeño and maple, was a game-changer! To wash it all down, we enjoyed a refreshing Bloody Mary that set the tone for the meal.

For the main event, we dove into the Denver scrambles, which were hearty and delicious, and we couldn’t resist trying two orders of the gluten-free huckleberry French toast. Let me tell you, it absolutely lived up to the hype! Fluffy, sweet, and simply divine, it’s the best French toast I’ve ever had—gluten-free or not!

What impressed me most was the variety of gluten-free options. It’s rare to find a breakfast place that truly caters to gluten-free diners, and EAT! knocked it out of the park. I can't recommend this place enough for anyone looking for a fantastic brunch experience. We’ll definitely be back!

Our server was amazing and the atmosphere was quaint with both outdoor and indoor seating options. We didn’t have to wait terribly long either which was another surprising treat.

Took a chance on EAT!, and we were not disappointed one bit! The service right off the bat when we walked in was absolutely friendly and kindly welcoming. We were seated immediately at a nice shaded spot on the patio. And our server was polite and efficient.

I ordered the Honey-Smoked Salmon Benedict, and every aspect of the meal was on point. From the hash browns to the delectable salmon, I will be returning!

The drinks (mimosas) were wonderful as well. Would recommend 10/10!

What a pleasant suprise...
We visited from Florida. While shopping for our son for college, we stopped in for our first meal of the day. We were not disappointed at all. The staff was friendly, and the food was fresh. I enjoyed the chinken and waffles - I opted out of the jalepeno and bacon. My husband partook in chicken fried steak. I would have loved to have more raspberry flavor in my minmosa, but it had gold glitter, so it sufficed. We left the establishment full and happy!!! Thanks for having us!!!

The best little hidden gem for brunch! Always my first pick for great food, service, and ambiance. Ever since getting Kendall as my server I always try and request her the next time I come in. She has such a great attitude, personality, and treats all of her guests with absolute respect! Can’t recommend enough!

I have so many great things to say about Let’s Eat!? Alex was our waitress and she was amazing! super efficient, friendly, knowledgeable about the menu and a sweet girl. Alex has great personality and an absolute joy. We had a wonderful experience at the restaurant, food was great, ambience and staff were delightful. we will definitely be back!

My 2 sisters and I came here for a girls bunch and Kendall was our waitress! She was absolutely phenomenal! She was attentive., informative and made us feel so welcome! She even pulled up photos on her phone to show us what entree looked like. Our food came out promptly and was so delicious and the bottomless mimosa service was unmatched! You usually have to ask so many times normally for another drink but here it came fast and Kendall was so on top of it.

I recommend this place, food and Kendall so much!!

I really loved the eggs Benedict here. I got the spinach, roasted peppers, and veggies one. Might be one of the best ones I’ve ever had. All the food was super fresh and the bacon was perfectly crisp, I’d definitely come back here next time I visit colorado and I love that they have different flavors of mimosas as well!

Love EAT! I'm partial to the harvest eggs benedict. It's always so delicious. Our server, Kendall, is excellent. She seated us right away with a pleasant smile and greeting. She continuously checked on us to see if we needed anything else. Everyone and everything was wonderful.

I tried the Mighty Meaty Skillet and it was delicious. There in house hot sauce was good recommend the green one.

Cranberry mimosa was good as well. Definitely recommend trying the cinnamon roll as well.

I flew in for a work trip and had a breakfast outing here at eat. Wow. Let me tell you. Hailey has the best customer service I’ve seen in any establishment in a long time. She set up a party for 12 and had us ready to go before we walked in. Alex was our main server and she absolutely killed it keeping us laughing the entire time. Such a great place with a great vibe!

I’ve heard many good things about Eat and finally had the opportunity to try it out. The food was as excepted very good. Our server was Rosa, from the moment we walked in she was a pleasure, very helpful and attentive. Really a great atmosphere all around with her, can’t wait to be back!

Visited here today for the first time and had an excellent experience. Our server Gracie was spot on and very helpful with suggestions and was very timely and engaged.
We had the Flat-Iron burrito and the Southwest chicken salad and both were fantastic and I would recommend them! They also had a great special on margaritas for $5! Will be coming back soon! Good service, food quality and a great atmosphere/environment.

The food was awesome. I had the braised short ribs Benedict...creamy, slightly spicy bbq hollandaise sauce, perfectly poached eggs and flavorful shredded ribs over a soft but slightly crispy chibata roll.Ate every bite and thought about licking the plate. Sam had a bright smile to greet us when we walked through the door. Our server, Stephanie, was attentative without being annoying...you know what I mean. The braised rib bene was actually her suggestion. It was very noisy, that's the only reason I gave atmosphere a 4 star rating. When I go back I will request outside seating. Yes, I will be back. The other picture is of my son's chili relleno.... had a bite...crunchy, tender and not too hot. Took a massive cinnamon to go, but haven't tasted it yet.

Top-notch experience with delicious food and amazing cocktails. Our server Alex and our bartender Rosa were both amazing! They walked us through the menu and had perfect recommendations for drinks and food!

Hadn't been here before so thought we'd try it today. Doesn't open until 8.AM Monday through Thursday, and only two other small groups there, but the magic is really with the food! Very upscale breakfast menu with many unique items. A little bit pricey with most items $16 to $18, but very easy to split a dish and still have a lot to eat! The one photo is a.half of their breakfast burrito - that's a full size plate it's on!

I had an appointment out in Broomfield and wanted to try a different breakfast spot. I found in my search Eat! Food &Drink. The rating seemed pretty decent and the menu online looked interesting enough. So, why not?
The inside is this cool industrial style while also having a blend of family-style and individual tables. It felt a bit cold inside, but that may have been due to the door being open. There's a really nice patio seating area, but I did not look to see if there were any patio heaters.
The menu looked really good! There were so many good options, like a short rib skillet (which I had). Even the drinks sounded good. The couple next to us had brought out a hibiscus gimlet. Inside the glass, the liquid was sparkling, not just effervescent.
The taste of the food did not disappoint! It was fantastic! We learned that the short ribs are braised in bloody mary mix. What the what?! It was so tender and flavorful. Oh my goodness! In some restaurants, the service is average, meaning, the server checks on you once after delivering your food. Not here. Our server, Gracie, checked on us three times, and even the manager for that morning, Brittany checked in. They both were so friendly and warm. Gracie even said that because she ate there all the time that she just had to get a job at Eat!
I cannot recommend this place enough! Eventhough it is a distance to get here, I would gladly make the trip here to eat over any other breakfast place I've been, even over places like Syrup and Snooze! You have got to try it!

Only did takeout here so far but we would like to return for explorations of the menu. They gluten free waffle with berries was very tasty. The corned beef hash was solid but nothing mind blowing, probably would not get it again. When I picked up it was Mother’s Day so there seemed to be a huge line for a table like many breakfast / brunch places in Colorado.

Great place for bunch. The patio is very nice and clean. Our server Alex did a great job and was very attentive. Food was amazing portions and tasted very fresh. Highly recommend the French toast
