Loved everything about this place. The tea, the food, the atmosphere and the service. You can’t go just once. You have to go several times to truly appreciate what it has to offer. Not to mention sample the billions of teas and variety of food. Boulders best delight.

This beautiful place is not to be missed. Many people were ordering food that looked delicious, but we just had tea and dessert. The house chai was authentic and yummy. The green tea was great. Loved the teapot and the timer. Service was friendly and excellent. The cardamom coconut rice pudding was one of the best I ever had. The menu is so eclectic. We loved sitting near the garden under the tent. Highly recommend.

The place has a beautiful history do read about it. There’s a long waiting list so it’s preferred to reserve a spot or visit during weekdays. The food was not exceptional. Quantity being less but eatable. Just for the sake of the experience. But not a go to place for the food. It specialises in various tea flavours which is a must try. Overall a one time must experience

Went in for lunch, the place was busy but we were seated immediately. Service was exceptional and friendly. Food was great we had the Moroccan steak sandwich and the Tajikistan osh, both were amazing! Tea was good too. The atmosphere is unique and worth the effort to see. We look forward to returning and trying other dishes and teas!

The food and the tea/cocktail selection is great here as well as the atmosphere! We got Korean and Indonesian fried noodles, and they were awesome! Our friends didn’t like the pork chops that much.

One suggestion: all their cocktails are cold and I wish they’d add some hot cocktails to the menu!

We found out about this tea house from an Uber driver in Denver. We stopped in for a quick bite since we had to make a few more stops before flying out. Lovely interior space- design and the water. We enjoyed the drinks and the appetizers and wish we could have stayed longer!

Fantastic building. Incredibly cool inside seating AND beautiful outdoor seating as well. Expect a little wait because this place is popular! That said- time flies quickly by taking in the atmosphere.
So
Many teas to choose from. I settled on a cinnamon hot tea and my husband opted for an exotic Oolong.
The food? Inspired and delicious! We had an early lunch at the tearoom ( plentiful portions) and had to split a dinner later at another Boulder favorite.

I can see why this place is a “ must visit” for those visiting Boulder.

Lovely spot! The interior and history is very special and worth a visit. The food was good, not great (plating, portions and flavors were fine but a little subpar). Service was very nice and the drinks were great. Come for the experience, I recommend it for a tea flight and a snack and with a focus on the lovely decor and atmosphere!

I took my vegan daughter here for her 21st birthday along with two others who were meat eaters and everyone was blown away by how good the food was. There is a separate tea menu with dozens of varieties to choose from and each tea comes steeped in its own separate teapot. The food was not heavy and overly sauced and was beautifully presented and perfectly cooked. The Cuban sandwich was filling enough for my daughter's 22-year-old boyfriend who eats a lot! The shaded patio along babbling water is wonderful for sitting outside, and the inside has a lovely fountain and high ceilings exquisitely carved and painted. The service was fantastic. We will definitely return for another classy meal!

This place is incredible! My mother and I went for lunch to try out a Michelin star restaurant. I started with the Lady London Fog and she had a Hibiscus cooler- both fantastic. Then we ordered a Moroccan steak sandwich and the Tajikistan Osh to share. Everything was on point- flavorful, well-cooked, and delicious. Even the French fries were some of the best I’ve ever had. The staff were very friendly and efficient. The restaurant itself is gorgeous in its design and decor. I would definitely return!

Boulder. Love the look & feel of this restaurant on top of the absolutely good food! Everything we ordered was delicious - the Turkish Karniyarik for appetizer, the Tajikistan Plov for the entree & the St James Cake for dessert. Hubby liked his Golden Milk drink & while I expected the Vietnamese coffee to be iced, it was simple enough to ask for ice & additional condensed milk to adjust it to my taste. Lastly, the gorgeous interior definitely made for a nice backdrop. Highly recommend!

Beautifully built and decorated tea house a few blocks from the Pearl St Mall. Quite a vibe. They have an extensive tea menu, along with various food options. We ordered several teas, all of which were well priced and high quality. We had eaten before coming here so stuck with the tea. Waitress was kind and helpful, though it was clear that they wanted us to leave shortly after they realized we weren’t going to order food (as she very quickly brought us the check, and when we ordered another tea, she then brought that out with an updated check). Understandable though. We had a nice time here and would definitely recommend

Such a great atmosphere but I would highly recommend a reservation! We walked in without a reservation and they weren’t accepting any walk-ins to sit for tea/food. We were able to go up to the bar and order something to go. There were some tables outside that seemed to be open for walk-ins but we ended up ordering and taking ours to go. The staff were all super friendly and helped guide us through the various teas that were available. My wife ordered a nice herbal tea, Strawberry Lemonade, and loved it. We will most certainly be back, with a reservation this time!

Absolutely loved, loved my food and drinks at this restaurant. The ambiance was very fitting, and even the exterior of the building screams 'photograph me'!

I ordered the Italian polenta with Shrimp and it was beyond good! I had never had a 'Mule' with tea, and I was pleasantly surprised!

We went to the Dim Sum Tea, reservations had to be made in advance. The Dim Sum tea is only done twice a month.
It was 3 courses, and while all 3 courses were very good (and served with a specific tea) I don't know what I would call this dim sum. That gave me a little disconnect in enjoying the food.
I would definitely go back, and already have reservations but I would not go back for the Dim Sum Tea
Service was exceptional and the beauty of the tea house makes you feel warm inside.

“Absolutely love the Boulder Dushanbe Teahouse. Hands down the best date spot in Boulder. Make sure you put your name down as the wait can take up to 30 minutes. In the interim of waiting, you can walk across the road to explore the riverbank. The wait staff here is extremely friendly. I always make sure to pop in whenever in town. Their international menu allows diners to have a taste around the world. You'd definitely find something for everyone. I've tried their Lapsang Souchong Bulgogi and Malaysian Sambal curry. The Malaysian curry offers a mouthfuls of as vory creamy coconut and tangy flavor profile. Both were quite tasty.”

Really enjoyed this beautiful tea house. We ordered a ginseng oolong and some cocktails. Really enjoyed the drinks. And you should get a second steep of the oolong - flavors really improve. The samosa didn't look the usual shape, but the filling was excellent and authentic. Will definitely want to try the other items on the menu. Looking forward

Wow. The atmosphere needs more than five stars. I’ve been all over the world and this beautiful building has one of the most special vibes I’ve ever experienced. Our server (Hannah? Holly? Something with an H!) was such a knowledgeable, gracious and warm guide to the experience. The tea was transcendent and the food menu is wild - all perfectly rendered versions of every one of your favorite dishes from around the globe. The Char Siu Bao was scrumptious. They offer a special tea time experience by appointment which we sadly didn’t know about until we saw everyone with their towers of adorable tiny cakes. Still, hard to be jealous in this magnificent slice of heaven on earth.

This place is so cool and unique. My local friend brought me here for a beautiful evening of conversation, dinner, and a few cups of tea. My heart was full!

We enjoyed the dinner menu, the dessert, and tea. The spicy peanut noodles with shrimp add was a nicely balanced dish (not too spicy for me, but I tend to favor spicy dishes). My friend had the Brazilian steak and gave me a bit to share, and that was also lovely.

The staff was kind and prompt, and the atmosphere was chill and relaxed. We very much enjoyed our evening catching up after 4+ years!

Don't miss this in Boulder. An amazing space with creative cocktails, tons of tea, and a varied and excellent menu. I had the Persian kofta. The dish was filling, savory and yummy. I recommend ordering a piece of naan to soak up the delicious tomatoey sauce. They specialize in cocktails made with tea infused liquor. The one I had was delicious.
