Goldminer Hotel

Our stay was excellent. We called the front desk to make a reservation - it was quick and easy. We checked in with no issues and the owner showed us to our room. The room was beautifully preserved and full of antiques, it was also very spacious. The bathroom came with all modern amenities and was clean. The owners of the hotel provide a generous wholesome breakfast each morning as part of the guest fee. We also were given ski passes at half price. It was a great stay andwould highly recommend.

Spent past Saturday night there. Such an amazing experience. At first, my boyfriend Shane thought we were entering a scary movie place. HA! it is truly in the middle of nowhere but not so far from things. We loved the room we decided on which had a Jacuzzi tub in it. We spent about an hour in the hot tub that is downstairs and it was so relaxing. There is a sitting room by the fireplace and so many old books that amazed me. I am a history enthusiastic person and love little mountain towns. The couple that owns the place are so amazingly friendly and charming. They are not intrusive and i thoroughly enjoyed our pleasant conversations we had with them. The breakfast they served in the morning was true to form and homemade breakfast. We loved the different salts they had and really enjoyed the fresh bread and jam. I fully intend on visiting again. I do travel all over CO on the weekends for 10 years now, and never have i wanted to return to a place like i want to go back to this amazing, charming, historical Bed & Breakfast. I would give 10 stars if i could.

A SECRET GOOD PLACE

If you are looking for a quiet, unique, remote place to have some mountain fun, this place is awesome! The ownners are very kind, helpful, and knowledgable:) Talk to them, we found them amazing person! The house itself is so cool!! So confortable to stay, especially with Carol's heart-warming breakfast:) The stone kitchen is Magzine-cool!

Eldora is a GREAT place to ski! Netherland downtown is fun to walk around. I found people there are very genuine, friendly and cool! The Mountain People's organic Co-op store and the live music there are fabulous!

Place, people, breakfast and atmosphere. Great stay! Easily accessible from Nederland. Eldora's Main Street is also pretty cool... that is if you've got the type of imagination for the what once was. The Inn is a gem- check out their website for more town and building history. There are also a few great local history books available for sale here... Highly recommend those regardless!

Rustic charm! Incredible breakfast, including the best homemade bread! Beautiful surroundings with breathtaking views! An historic hotel with modern conveniences, it is a true gem!

Very cool B & B. The Owners are very hospitable and have a lot of cool stories and history to share. Clean and warm and cozy on a blustery night.

Great atmosphere lots of antiques turn of the century memorabilia going back to the Revolutionary War really good hot breakfast made to order by Carol who is a great cook and will cater to any special dietary needs

Free WiFi for the community, no complaints.

Good food, nice hotel.

Cool place. Real old fashioned. Historical. Owners were fantastic and the breakfast was great especially the freshly baked bread and coffee cake.

Nederland is creepy and shabby. They pass this off as “quaint “. They really are only interested in your money. The hotel is fine, just by-pass the town if you can.
