Beautiful shop. So many beautiful colors and options. Kelly is so friendly and is nice to talk to. She’s very informative on all of her pieces as well. Everything is priced reasonably and well worth the money. High quality materials and it’s all fair trade as well. Very excited to return!

I'd give more stars, but it's too far from my home--like 1000 miles too far!! But we stop in every chance we get when we're in Colorado. Beautiful good... this trip: socks, yarn and some tiny Alpacas!

Cute, small shop with all things alpaca. Hats, scarfs, wraps, stuffies, mittens...child-friendly and fun to browse.

I have shopped here on several occasions (during the Frozen Dead Guy Festival) and absolutely enjoy speaking with the owner and the products are amazing! Sadly I have moved back east and cannot find my gloves :( but alas I will order new ones today!! I did forget about the 2 hour time difference so I posted this while waiting. OH!! I forgot to mention how INCREDIBLY warm my Alpaca socks are! Thanks for everything. I spoke with Kelly today 01/29/2022 and she is INCREDIBLE. Thanks for the help Kelly.

Had a great experience. The woman at the desk (I forget her name) was super nice and helpful and the socks and jackets are superrr nice and warm. Looking forward to going back soon.

you are guaranteed to find something soft and warm to wear in the harsh Colorado snow for an unbeatable price. even if you don't buy anything, its well worth stopping in to listen to the owner, roy, play his gorgeous folk guitar, he honestly brought tears to some of the eyes in that room. can’t believe he’s trying to sell his guitars!! please do not buy them from him, he is much better at playing... hahahah

ended up getting some really really nice yarn for my mom who is a very talented fiber artist (honestly was thinking how they would be perfect for each other while purchasing). would have bought out most of the store if i could.

all in all, best place there is. 7/5 ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Very nice store owner, big Labor Day Sale too! The quality is stunning. Even the kids toys were so soft! Worth a stop!

Roy, is a. friend to new and return customers. He loves to talk about the beautiful llama's that he has personally raised.
This time he went out of his way to suggest short scenic drives we could take before returning to our hotel in Boulder.
Oh yes, his products are of high quality and good value!.

Visited the Alpaca Store this summer while in Nederland Colorado. The store has great selections of Alpaca apparel and the owner, Roy, was super helpful. Compared to other stores I've visited that specialized in Alpaca products, the prices here are by far the best! If you love Alpaca wool you must visit...
2019 UPDATE: Visited again this August while vacationing again in Colorado. The selection of alpaca apparel and prices are better than anywhere else we've ever seen!! Loaded up on gifts & goodies for ourselves. Would give 10 Stars if I could. Do not miss this shop!!!

My husband and I have been shopping at The Alpaca Store & More for the past few years --- we have bought many gifts for our friends and ourselves. Roy has a beautiful collection of clothes, scarves, gloves, hats, socks and more. Alpaca is very, very warm and we especially love our Alpaca socks and gloves.

I loved this little store. The owner was super friendly and loved to share his love of llamas and alpacas. The store had beautiful products, was clean and neat and the prices aren't outrageous.

Beautiful stuff, reasonable prices and the owner is a wealth of information as well as being a really friendly guy. Nobody should go through Nederland without stopping at this great place.
