Chili's Grill & Bar

Too many people are sleeping on these southwestern eggrolls! Service was consistently quick but never bothersome. I sat at the bar alone and never got bored! Great bartender, great service. (ELLEN makes a great old fashioned!)There's a novelty at this facility that makes for a wonderful Wednesday night.

Chili's is a trusted American restaurant in Canon City. Although the restaurant is quite small compared to most other locations, the steak was cooked perfectly and the sauce it was in was delicious. Even the broccoli and mashed potatoes were of a higher caliber than expected. The burger was juicy and thick and the chicken wings were crispy, juicy, and covered with sauce. They had two flavors of lemonade, both of which hit the spot. In a town with many inferior restaurants that are quite old or run down, Chili's stands out as a classic American dining experience. We will definitely be back.

We went back! I had the limited time smash burger with fries, mango lemonade, and chips and salsa all for 10.99. Great deal!

Stopped in for lunch and enjoyed some chicken tenders, fries, and seasoned corn with a strawberry lemonade. Lots of young folks working and they were very efficient! The food was tasty as per usual Chili’s style. Appreciated the quick service and chill atmosphere.

Best dining experience we’ve had since visiting Colorado! The service hands down made this experience! Ashley and the other servers were so nice and attentive. Every thing came out hot, fast and was delicious. Wings, crispers, burger, chili and side salad.

We went here for dinner tonight & it was a wonderful experience! Our food was perfect, our drinks were refreshing, & the service was superb...everything was incredible. Our appetizer was the dip trio with queso, guacamole, & salsa. For dinner, I had the blackberry margarita & the Salmon with broccoli & french fries. My husband had a stone IPA with the chipotle chicken mexi bowl. We definitely recommend this place!

We have eaten at this Chilis quite a few times and today we got take out wings. Chilis wings are far superior to any other wings you can find in Canon City. My husband is a die hard honey chipotle fan while I like to experiment a bit so Today we tried honey sriracha, medium Buffalo and honey Chipotle wings + fries and chips and salsa. They were all incredible although we thought the Buffalo could’ve used a bit more sauce. I wasn’t a huge fan of them throwing the fries on top of the wings in the box but they were still good. They give very generous portions of chips and salsa

I had dinner with my family of 6 tonight, and we had the best service, and the food was perfect. Our server Trindon is by far the best I've seen in a long time and was very attentive even though every table was full. Thanks, Trindon, for your service!

Amazing food as always good ambience. Good for family eating out here. Conveniently located next to the highway. Would recommend and also love to visit again

Had a great lunch. Our meals and drinks were perfect. Our server was fabulous. She made sure our fajitas were perfect and our drinks were never empty. Restaurant and restrooms were very neat and clean. Tons of close parking. We will definitely be back!!!

Great experience overall! Andrew was attentive and funny. Three of us got the chicken tenders which were really good! My dad got a steak with veggies and wiped his plate clean!

I am a regular at this Chilis in Canon City and I come here 3 or more times a week. I like to sit and draw while I eat because I am an artist and like to let the public see my drawing process. The staff here have not only been extremely friendly and accommodating to me, but I consistently see them treating their customers with kindness and respect. For the most part, the servers and other staff here really care about their jobs and they are the reason that this particular Chilis branch is the best place to eat in our town!

Service was quick and sweet. Our server was efficient and attentive. The food was good and hot! Not all Chili’s have these qualities so we were appreciative!

Best chilis I've ever been to. I was staying overnight for work, and my waitress was phenomenal. The food was inexpensive and super delicious. There was even another waiter who stopped by to check one me and picked up my plates when I was done. To me, great customer service.

I chose this Chili’s because it was located within walking distance of my hotel. This proved to be a good choice for dinner. This restaurant was popular and rather crowded, but we were immediately greeted and seated by a very nice hostess. Once seated, our server greeted us and took our drink order. When our drinks arrived, we were ready to order. Our server was very nice and polite and was able to answer our questions and make suggestions. He was quite capable of handling multiple table and guests, giving them the attention required to ensure the satisfaction of each guest. I chose the sirloin steak with mashed potatoes and broccoli. My food was nicely plated and very appealing. My steak was cooked to order and served hot as were the potatoes and broccoli. It was very good. This Chili’s appears to be well managed, and the employees are polite, professional, and attentive to detail that makes this restaurant successful. Overall, our food was good, and the service was excellent.

Five stars for everything. We were staying at the BW next door and had horrible service at the IHop and Chili's saved the day. Excellent food, service, staff, and atmosphere

Amazing waitress she went out of her way to be AMAZING AND AWESOME. I can't remember her name but she from KANSAS LOVE HER!!!!

My child wanted to go here for their birthday. The server we had (I don't remember his name) but he was one of the best servers we've ever had. Friendly nice on top of everything including the things for the kids (which is what matters the most to me is how my children are treated) and this gentleman went above and beyond with his service. They even sang happy birthday to my child. Thank you for the awesome service.

What we hoped for as we had a mini reunion with our daughter planned. Great service from Andrew. Great food. Thanks!

I enjoy going to Chili's for there Famous Margaritas and the Double Bacon Ranch Cheese Burger and fries they're awesome.
