Always the best customer service. There's always somebody there to create you at the front door and give you a shopping bag and direct you to whatever your needs are. They will take back any product no matter what. This is how a business should be run. Many of the employees are huge animal lovers. So we talk about animals, candles and wonderful smells. I always frequent the one that is at Quincy and Parker in Aurora Colorado. Thank you to the entire staff.

This B&BW is laid out very different from any other one I've been to (in a good way) everything feels more spacious and roomy so you actually have room to shop, the many employees were very friendly and helpful, would definitely come back to this location

Yeah I'm a dude, but I LOVE this place! I like my house to smell nice, and I've also been using the men's lotions and bodywash. The ladies in the store are very helpful and are always accommodating when trying to save you money or finding certain items that you want. I never thought I'd be a regular in a store like this, but you can't beat the quality and smell of the Wallflowers and 3-wick candles!!

Out of all of the years have gone to this place was great until I went in on a Saturday evening and the weekend staff was rude and overcharging not ringing up the correct sales prices and arguing with customers about the prices.
One lady told my sister that the sale item wasn't on sale and she'd have to pay full price.
7 wallflower refills and 2 -3 wick candles $108 is ridiculous!!
Management needs to get a new weekend staff!

Staff was incredibly friendly and helpful! They have some items that they always carry, but they also have seasonal and special items. Definitely worth visiting

Great location with wonderful staff! The associates were able to help me find everything I needed and to best utilize my coupons with the sales. Everyone was so incredibly friendly and helpful. The store is neat and well stocked, and I appreciate the measures put in place to prevent the spread of Covid. The best Bath & Body Works location I've been to!

Went with my girlfriend because she wanted to check out the fall preview line up of candles because she is a Halloween nut. Staff we encountered were all very nice and pleasant. Very helpful. Will definitely go back if my girlfriend makes me.😂

I am such a fan of this place. What I love the most is if I am allergic they return and replace with no hassles. Candles are amazing best fragrances and last longer, well worth it. The lotions are shea butter the very best and help me with skin care.

Employees are friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful

They have a great system, letting you use their sample hand sanitizing products upon entry to keep it sanitary. The store is laid out well and everyone is extremely helpful.
