I’m so thankful to be working with Rose Peasley! She has been very responsive to my long distance situation, quickly making connections and forwarding documents, and since we hit a wall with financing she has provided creative alternatives that hopefully will get us into the home we want! We’ve been looking for property in Crescent City for almost 2 years and other realtors have not been very supportive, encouraging or helpful. Rose’s positive outlook and sincere interest in our lives is refreshingly surprising and greatly appreciated. Thank goodness I found her and RE/MAX Coastal Redwoods!

We interviewed Rose Peasley for the job of selling our house. We liked that she developed a plan of action to get our house in front of qualified buyer's. She was genuinely interested in our property, our situation, our needs. I had planned to interview two other agents before signing a contract but after an hour with Rose, we chose to sign right away. Her enthusiasm and attentiveness won her the spot. And... she is showing our house tomorrow. Works for me 👍👍👍

Rose is a jewel 💎. Very professional, honest and gets back to you quickly. We did most of our purchase long distance and she found us the perfect Ocean View lot at a reasonable price.

I had left my initial review on 10/12/22 and Remax/Rose Peasley the owner responded with my home address and other personal information I wish to keep private.

Rose Peasley texted me on 10/13/22 at 8:28pm saying she contacted her attorney. Due to feeling scared, I took my review down.

Upon further investigation, I am within my rights to leave a review for this business based on my experience.

In 2021 I was in contract with Rose Peasley as a first-time buyer. Rose represented me (the buyer) and the sellers at the same time.

Rose did not attend either home inspections with me (there were 2). She did not attend the final walk-through despite it being scheduled at a time she chose.

She sent her husband to the final walk-through. He is her broker, but I was disappointed that my agent did not meet with me to assist me and to answer my questions.

When I informed Rose of my disappointment she told me, "you can walk away from this house" and "we can hold off on closing." I wanted the house and didn't want to walk away. Those statements made me feel like I wasn't being represented.

She did give me a buyers credit, that was nice and I appreciate that. But my overall experience was not a good one and I feel I didn't receive the support I needed as a first-time buyer

We went to the Fourth of July event and were promised hot air balloon rides. We waited two and half hours and then they closed the event because they ran out of fuel. We should have been notified. It was freezing outside.

The Notarized documents person was 10 stars Lane.
