We could not have asked for better customer service! Our room was very nice, clean and comfortable. The beds were great and there was a variety of pillows to choose from. We will definitely stay there again.

Very nice hotel. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Only issue is they use direct tv for their TV channels. The local Fox TV station has been blacked out for about 6 months now.
Also there is no national weather channel ( like the weather channel) . The hotel is currently under a renovation where the old carpet is being replaced with laminate flooring. This gives the rooms a more modern feel.

The resturant is very good. The beds are nice and comfortable.

Great check in, professional staff, great food

Husband and I are seniors spending 1 night. We checked in late afternoon. Property/parking area was clean and music is heard outside coming from the bar but our 4th floor room was nice and quiet. The mattress was comfy and sheets smelled fresh and clean as well as the towels. I loved the step-in shower and grab bars. Most hotels provide 2 small bars of soap. One for hand washing and one for showering but we had only one but we usually travel with our own body wash so it wasn’t inconvenient. We were given breakfast coupons so enjoyed a nice/free meal. Samantha is an outstanding waitress. The kitchen manager greets with a hearty “good morning” and if not acknowledged immediately he repeats more loudly until a response is received. Overall we had a good stay and would return.

My favorite hotel in the area. Great bar and restaurant. Super service. The room was awesomely clean.

The Arkansas Convention Center is a wonderful facility. Brenda and her staff did an outstanding job, not only by feeding us well, with the heavy hors d'oeuvre buffet, and the well-stocked bar and expert bartender, the sheer hospitality extended beyond that. We were graciously assisted, when we needed an HDMI cord and a small table, for a computer presentation. We had what we needed in minutes! Plus, the serving staff asked everyone if we needed anything. Smiling, gracious, and accommodating --those goals were shown to our class reunion. If you are planning an event? Contact the AR Convention Center first! PS: the adjoining Holiday Inn was exactly the same Great hospitality. We recommend them both.

Great place to stay!! Very clean. There is a restaurant onsite, Very convenient. I stopped for the night at this location after driving all day. It was nice to be able to grab a bite to eat without having to go elsewhere. The food and service were excellent. The staff were all extremely friendly and accommodating. I will definitely be staying here again in the future and would highly recommend.
