Came in today to look for a new bed for my wife and I and the customer service was on point. Had the pleasure to speak with Maleah who seemed very knowledgeable about mattress’s and sleep ware. Awesome first impression on Sleep Number and will definitely recommend to friends and family.

I recently called Sleep Number Temple and asked to purchase a remote for my 2014 p5 bed. The nice lady on the phone kindly took my order. The very next day, another more experienced sales person called and informed me that I had purchased the wrong remote and that I would have to contact customer service to cancel the sale. Well, I got on the Sleep Number website and attempted to contact customer service, but I got taken for a ride around and around and around the website. I have since then learned from other owners that I should get the serial number off the pump and ask customer service to match the proper remote for me. My wife and I are both disabled, so this should be fun...
