Bradley Hall Insurance

Don't waste your time with Mike Gist and Julie Walker, they take no responsibility. They say I didn't sign Adobe documents even though I have copies of the documents signed the day they sent them. So without notifying me we went past open enrollment and my wife and kids are without health insurance.

Our insurance was to start October 1 but here it is 11 days later and they are hanging up on me because i keep calling to find out what my policy # is. They keep telling me to have the Dr office call and they will talk to them.
What kind of business does that!
Well, I was able to find out what company our insurance was going threw and should you believe,,,,,,,
I called and for ALL THE INFORMATION I NEEDED.
YOU WOULD THINK SOMEONE IN THE OFFICE COULD HAVE DONE THAT , THAT IS ALL I WAS ASKING FOR.
