I am very impressed with this establishment. the second I walked in they were ready to help me. The guys are so respectful, they were polite , informative , & friendly . Matt and Eric kept me updated the entire time they had my vehicle (overnight). The technicians did a phenomenal job and fixed everything I had issues with, in a fair amount of time given the amount of work that they had to do.
I accidentally left my wallet in the car that had fallen out of my purse. ( it wasn't intentional I promise) & I always keep extra cash in my glove box for emergencies. Nothing was missing. So add trustworthy to there list .
The total bill was a reasonable amount given the new free-on costs a lot more. Yay to Saving the planet 🌎 !

I was traveling to Temple for a doctor’s appointment for my son. I brought in my car because I had a flat tire on the I-35. The towing truck delivered the car to Firestone in Temple upon my request.
Everyone I talked to was pleasant, helpful and professional. My car was ready in a reasonable amount of time. The service surpassed my expectations and I am very grateful.

Dropped in to see if they could check out my tires. They were both patched free of charge. I will always buy my tires from Firestone and this location was very professional and quick!

Very courteous; I was out of town on a trip when a part came loose on the car--horrible noise and vibration--was unable to drive the car over 20 mph. They checked and solved the problem within 20 minutes and got me back on the road. Absolutely happy with the way I was taken care of.

Matt was very professional and helpful. I was planning on purchasing two tires but Matt checked my tires and showed me I needed four new tires, due to an unknwon alignment issue. He recommended a life time wheel alignment with warranty and free tire rotations. Matt suggested great quality tires (Firehawks) based on my driving needs and provided me with peace of mind with the recommended warranty. The tires are amazing, providing a smooth ride, with no road noise, and great on wet roads. Ask for Matt ! !

Passing through Temple and blew a tire on a Sunday. The gentleman there were able to fit me and get me back on the road. The Sales Rep at the front even helped out in the shop to get me back on the road faster. Amazing!

Making an appointment was easy and service was completed as promised. Let me add Eric and Scott were great and they ensured my truck runs right! Thanks y'all!

Absolutely fantastic service. They fixed a problem caused by a different service center and DIDN’T charge me, even though they replaced a plug and topped off my oil.

Incredible. I am heading back today with another car for an oil change and will get new brakes at Firestone since they’ve proved to me they are incredibly honest and have outstanding customer service.

Came back for tires today. They upgraded the tires they quoted me and discounted the warranty. This place has the ABSOLUTE best service of any place, any business, I have ever used. Simply AMAZING.

I'm driving to Dallas in my own car for the first time to visit my mom, half way there it started feeling like I had no air, I pulled over to Firestone to see if my analysis's was correct, there were several cars ahead of me plus such a service cost, when the guy in picture number two desides to personally help me, he was kind of like an angel, he checked the car out, even had someone else come over to assist, charged me nothing and my car was fine.
They could have took advantage of my situation instead I got nothing but love, look at his face ladies, if you live in the area, no ring.
Car knowledge and sweet what more could you ask for. I approve this place

Zack and the crew at this location really took care of me when my tire blew out on a trip from Houston to Odessa and was really in a tough spot. Came in with 20 minutes to close and they worked me in and got me back on the road quick! Really appreciate the work from this location. FIVE STARS!!

Great service! Came for ac work on my truck. Very fair estimate compared to locate prices I got. Did an excellent job with the swap out, whole entire system, and did it in less than a day. Called me when it was ready and I was done! Always love the Firestone guys for honesty and good work.

We were travelling from out of town and heard a noise from a rear wheel. We wanted it checked before travelling the 800+ miles home. The dealer couldn't see us for several weeks. Firestone got us in the same day and resolved the issue. 800+ miles later we remain delighted with the work done on our car and the terrific customer service provided by O.B.

This Firestone took me in when all other tire shops in the area turned me away, even after calling and setting up appointments. They were quick, efficient, and understanding. They took us in right before closing and really worked with us. I’m from the San Antonio are and this was an emergency case as well. Firestone has my own personal official seal of approval now.

Always have a great experience here. Need help witha a flat tire. This wonderful young man named Juan helped me to discount tire seeing my tire they did not have in stick. Days later I returned to put air in my tires and the young man proceeded to help me again jo questions asked. Hands down great company with great workers. Thank you again Juan and Firestone! I due recommend! Not sure if they work for commission but if they do ask for Juan!

My tire air pressure light came on while I was traveling on Memorial day weekend. I stopped by because it was the only place open. Juan Washington helped me check the pressure, located the metal puncture, and patched my tire in 10 minutes. There was no wait and he took care of everything efficiently. He's a great manager that also helped with the patch. I'm so grateful, and I'd recommend Firestone, Temple location to anyone in the area.

They were awesome! We knew we were going to have to wait. We had a Flat tire on I-35. We got the tire changed. And fortunately Firestone was about 15 minutes up the road. Our tires were from a different Firestone. They were great about it. Prorated the tire and replaced it for about half the cost. Both gentlemen were very friendly and helpful.

Nick and his team were amazing. My wife was traveling on a road trip and got a flat tire. Despite their extremely busy schedule, Nick squeezed them in and got them back on the road fast. We would happily come here again because we know they'll take good care of us.

After a disappointing, incompetent appointment I waited a week for at Discount Tire I walked out and drove to Firestone. The employees at Firestone helped me immediately upon walk in with excellent customer service. We discussed that I hit a very large pot hole that busted my tire immediately. They knew I needed not only a tire but an inspection to check for any further damage. They got me in immediately, replaced my tire, inspected underneath my car, saw no further damage and I was out the door a VERY HAPPY CUSTOMER within an hour!! Thank you for listening to, and hearing your customer. I will be back because you earned my business.

Great place to get your car worked on. They come with awesome warranties. A month ago i had a lot of work on my car done equalling up to 1300$ but everything came with warranties. This month I hit a bump in the road and messed up my alignment. Because I had the 1 year warranty I got it fixed immediately for free. This firestone has great atmosphere and very friendly staff that made me feel more like a friend. I witnessed an employee about to get off the clock but came back with a smile because another customer needed help. No complaining. Awesome

Went in to get an oil change on an Enterprise rental car, I was a walk-in but they said they had time, but they weren't able to do the job before closing.
I'm still giving them 5 stars because of how I was treated even though they weren't able to help me, they were very polite & professional.
I really appreciated the respect I got for being in uniform, as I went straight there from work.

I highly recommend going here.
