First visit to this store & I definitely a return customer! Great selection of natural herbs, teas, spices, informative materials and more. Food items in cooler , large , selection of healthy choices! Staff is really helpful about all products . Definitely worth the drive to Dyersburg to find those hard to reach supplements & other items you can't find elsewhere. Pick & bag your own teas & spices!! so much free reading material !

This is the only place in this city that sells terry naturally ashwaganda, my life has changed dramatically with these herbs, the employees are very welcoming and willing to offer help right away, I will be coming more often for my ashwaganda!

Ms. Donna is so wonderful and helpful! I go here for my incense, sage, Castile soap, and herbs. She has a great selection. If you're trying to do low waste/no waste, she has bulk spices/teas there.

I enjoy shopping at the Sunflower Health Foods, among the products they carry, includes a large selection of essential oils, White Sage for Smudging, and really good Quinoa.

Perfect sized store with a great selection of vitamins and supplements, natural grocery items, lots of local stuff, beautiful soaps and bath salts and other beauty care items and great gift-y items. Also services like reflexology and dietary consultation in house. They're on top of trends like plenty of keto-friendly products, collagen, and CBD. Prices are very reasonable. Definitely a Dyersburg gem!

Sunflower Health is by far my FAVORITE health food store in west TN! They always have a great selection of new trending products along with good quality items that have been around for years. I love that I can get gluten free, vegan , and low carb foods there that I can't find anywhere else. They also are the only store in Dyersburg with bulk spices and teas. Oh and I love the healthy energy drinks, too. The staff there are friendly and knowledgeable, and they go out of their way to help you find what you need!
